Long story short, I discovered while on a cross-country flight that a repairman accidentally locked both locks (not just my electronic lock), and the only key to the bottom lock was inside my condo. I contacted them on Yelp, explained the situation, and they were able to meet my mother (after verifying I was the legitimate owner) within an hour. Not only did they unlock the door but they immediately made copies of that bottom lock key The full service was less than $100 and they were extremely responsive and worked with me to get what they needed while I was literally on a plane hundreds of miles away. Bought a new front door and needed a new lockset installed. Lucky Lock and Key got right back to me with a very competitive quote and showed up on time as promised. A seamless hand-off as the door installer had literally just finished the install. He responded very quickly on the Yelp app, arrived on time, did the work quickly and for a fair price. He is not your average overpriced locksmith and he was very polite. He replaced standard deadbolts with Smartlock deadbolts and replaced old door knobs on front and back doors, all in about 1.5 hours, and that included having to drill larger holes in the doors for the new deadbolts. Love that he does not price by the hour. You can tell he's been doing this for a while and already has a pretty good idea as to how long a job will take.
