Great carpet, great service and great prices. No pushy sales but staff is knowledgeable and will help you find the right carpet. Installers are excellent-showed up as scheduled, cleaned up as they went along and did a super job. We have several areas that require detail, upholstery work and they turned out great. If you think you will get a better deal at a big box store, you won't. The price at Carpet Cuts was very competitive but I think we got much more for our money. Wow, what a store. The owners Mike and Joan are so nice and boy do they know their carpet. My wife and I needed carpet for 2 of our rooms and Joan asked us so many questions to steer us in the right direction. She even talked us out of a more expensive piece! The price per square foot was about the same as the big box stores. Mike told us the installers would be at my home at 8:30 on Saturday morning and low and behold they were sitting in my driveway at 8:20 am ready to work. The installers were very friendly, they did a great job of moving some of our furniture and the installation was fast and flawless. They are a great local company. Carpet cuts has completed two jobs for me and I happy with both. They completed a carpet installation in 2014 and it still looks great. I just had a new kitchen floor installed ( the previous floor was installed in the 1970s ) and it looks fantastic. They are no drama contractors and never sneak in extra fees and costs outside of the original quote. I also appreciate their sales approach because there's no pressure and they want you to be happy with your choice. Their prices were also lower than Lowes! Support a local business with good ethics. These guys are the real deal. Customer service is A+ and they even helped steer me towards what worked best for what I wanted. The job they did for us involved removing old carpet and tack strips, binding a remnant, and re-carpeting a set of stairs. Found out about this store by word of mouth...and glad I did! They have rolls of carpet to choose from, but they can order too. There also is wide variety of vinyl. I love these guys. They have installed carpet and vinyl tile in our kitchen. They are a local establishment that employs qualified people. They consistently have the best price and show up as scheduled. They are knowledgeable and have excellent advice but will execute your own plan without argument. They are constant professionals that make home renovation effortless. I only wish they offered more services like painting and countertops so I could work with them exclusively on all my home renovations. Had carpet installed by this company 5 years ago. Carpet is not holding up well. I have had them come back 3 times to stretch back into place. They keep telling me because I clean the carpets once per year. I have never had this issue before. Last time I had them out to stretch, they postponed on me twice, calling to reschedule hours after the appointment time. Very frustrating when you are taking time from work. read more

Horrible experience with Doug at Carpet Cuts. Awarded him a job to install $700.00 worth of carpet/padding in a bedroom at a rental condo 5 minutes from his shop. Asked him to pick up condo keys from my home office mailbox since he was doing the install first thing in the morning. My office is one block off the road he traveled to in order to reach the condo. When I called to confirm he completed the job and returned the keys he stated I could come to his shop to get them. He indicated he had already done me several favors by picking up the keys, cutting seam at his shop, having to go to the job twice to measure (first time key did not work), blah, blah, blah. I told him I didn't appreciate his tone, and would not use his services in the future. He indicated that was fine, and he didn't care. Then he called me back to say he was delivering the keys back to my mailbox, and proceeded to get snarly and argue with me! Very rude little man. Should have used Jeter's Carpet like we normally do for our rental portfolio. They are very accommodating and appreciative of the business. read more
