Clarke uses the template method to measure the space and as a result the countertop fit perfect. Other people have commented on how well the countertop was installed. The install guys for the range commented on it because they didn't have to make any adjustments, the space for the range was cut to the exact dimensions for the range. The tile guy also commented that it was done right since the countertop included a piece behind the range that is sometimes left out.

The sales person didn't have all door samples to help my decision. He was very uninformative. Later, trying to track delivery, I found out my salesperson had left the company. BL did not inform me or assign a point of contact for scheduling. Cabinets were delivered with factory defects and a wrong sized item. The company is showing no urgency in getting correct items ordered and delivered -- even after requiring full payment before delivery. AVOID Better Living cabinets department.

If my budget wasn't enough, it would have been more professional to just be informed instead of being left hanging.
