people sitting at a table in a restaurant

What an excellent experience we had at this place. Highly recommend you make reservations to ensure you get a table. The restaurant has a bar area with some dining tables available and a main dining room. As soon as we got there we were seated and taken cared of. For starters I had the lobster bisque which was excellent. Every spoonful was filled with pieces of lobster. The bisque was nice and thick which is how I like it. So flavorful and creamy. For our entrees I had the short rib osso bucco and my girlfriend had the double cut land chops, Greek style. Both meals were absolutely delicious and the portions were enormous, enough for lunch the next day. My osso bucco was served with vegetables-broccoli and carrots. I loved how hearty it was and the sauce/gravy was so good. My girlfriend had been wanting lamb chops for a while and boy was she not disappointed. The double cut was amazing. Cooked perfectly at a medium rare temperature. Lastly we finished the meal off with dessert, we had the tartufo which was delicious. The service and food were both excellent! We highly recommend this place.

Prime Rib of Beef

The prime rib is absolutely to die for, I'm from Philly, here for work, and would travel here on personal time just to get it again. I don't know what they do differently and I've had prime rib from many different places from many cities and TRIPS has taken the best I've had so far. Gotta go and grab you one of these bad boys. Not the type of place you eat with your hands but I legitimately had the bone in my hands trying to get more of it. The mashed potatoes absolutely sucked and the other sides weren't the best but as a meat lover nothing like throwing all your sides in the juice makes up for it

End cut prime rib. Call ahead to be sure they have it.

This was my mother's pick for her birthday and it did NOT disappoint. Table was outfitted with balloons, confetti, birthday napkins and two delicate red roses in a small vase. All complimentary by the way. We had a few glasses of red wine, shrimp cocktail (amazingggg, fresh jumbo shrimp) and baked clams that were ok. For our entry's, my parents called ahead for the end cut prime rib, ravioli a la vodka (no frozen raviolis here!) and pasta bolognese. Sauce is KEY in Italian food and they certainly mastered their own. Super flavorful, big portions (doggy bag for sure) and did I mention service? Our waiter and the staff all around were genuinely nice people. Looking forward to my next meal. They also have a private parking lot in the back. No need to fuss around with street parking, although it didn't seem to be a problem. Apps, meals, drinks and tip totaled about 200 for 4. Well worth every cent!! Sorry- pictures don't do this place justice.

What a surprise it was outstanding. I have prime rib, long, a large cut. The best I've ever had. My friend had Pescatore seafood dish also top shelf. I'm going back as soon as I can afford.

I mean there's really nothing bad to say about Glenbrooks Premier Gem. The establishment is very well kept with very professional staff. The food is great and not to much to complain about, the prime rib is the talk of the town and it took me almost 8 years of working in the city to visit this fine restaurant and I will guarantee you will not be disappointed. I had the ravioli a la vodka and let me be the first to say it will knock your socks clean off with the robust flavors and well put ingredients used to make this masterpiece. The lobster bisque is good, gets better with the house bread. I haven't had any drink from the bar but judging by the crowd they keep I'm sure they are good Overall definitely give the restaurant a moment of your life so that you too can be wowed

My friend and I decided to do happy hour at The Americano for the first time. We were kindly…read moregreeted and although there were not anymore seats at the bar (where happy hour takes place), the manager was so kind enough to still honor us with the happy hour selection from a table instead. By the time we were ready to start ordering, a few seats opened up and our sweet waiter took care of cleaning the area first before we switched over to the bar. The overall ambiance of this restaurant was family friendly with a holiday feel. We ordered cocktails, which were delicious! Our appetizers (sticky wings = 10/10, omg the sauce!; shrimp bao buns, and some meatballs) kept us more than full enough that we decided to hold off on ordering anything else for the evening. Before we left, our original waiter asked how everything was and some of the exciting things that take place at this restaurant. I'm very big on customer service and I really appreciated how attentive, accommodating, and genuine everyone was throughout the night, even with there being so much people there. I will definitely come back again!

Got there early ahead of our reservation to get drinks at the bar. I ordered a dirty vodka martini and my husband got a gin martini. They got the order wrong and gave us both dirty martinis. I was briefly excited by them asking if I wanted blue cheese olives but even those were dry since you can see them on the bar pre-skewered, sitting in a container, not in brine. We finished our drinks and then moved to a table. We were not given water when seated. Placed an order for another round of drinks then (smartly) made the decision to order a mix of apps first before our entrees. Placed an order for another round of drinks, got the gnocchi, dumplings & wings. Food hit our table before our drinks arrived and we had to ask for water. Now onto the actual food - sadly, nothing good to say about it: - Sticky Gochujang Wings: well fried wing but WAY too much vinegar in the sauce not at all a Gochujang flavor - Sweet Chili Dumplings: Panda Express sauce a cloyingly sweet. Would expect more from a place like this. Also the filling of the dumpling tasted like it had curry seasoning? Curry + sweet chili are not flavors that mix - at least not in this dish. - Gnocchi: The sauce was broken/so grainy and gritty and the gnocchi itself SO DENSE. After this bad show, it was a no-brainer that we were gonna take our night and appetites elsewhere. So disappointing. Feels like they have a lot of service issues. Staff felt new even though they've been open for a year or so now. Unless some big changes happen, I have no interest in coming back.

All of the appetizers we ordered as a small party of 6, we were able to still share and kept us full enough before our entrees arrived. The entrees were just as yummy to eat. As for the round of desserts, I thoroughly enjoyed their chocolate cake and ice cream. The one comment I will add is that the staff could be a lot friendlier, upon arrival and leaving, with little to no interaction nor greeting (especially from the gentleman who was wearing a grey suit; unsure if he was just working the door area for reservations and seating/manager?). Our waiter was the sweetest young man, being extremely patience towards us taking time to order but also knowledgeable with the menu whenever we'd ask questions.

Divina has a nice rich look and feel to it. Too bad the music playing was so loud that it made it hard to hear the server or each other seated next to each other. Our server did ask that it be turned down a few times - to no avail. We had the broccolini and tuna crudo and the egg plant parmigiana with a glass of wine each. It was very good. Total was about $100 plus tip.

Was here to meet my daughter for Sunday brunch @ 11 am. The restaurant was about 25% occupied and…read morethe bar was empty. Once we were seated the waiter arrived asking about drinks which we declined in favor of bottled water, i ordered coffee as well and was offered 1 whole cup. Nobody came around for refill the rest of the meal We each ordered an appetizer and a main, both of our mains featuring 2sunny side up. 15 -20 minutes later BOTH entrees and my appetizer arrive WTF? After that our server just seemed to disappear. My daughter had hangar steak & eggs. I had the pork carnitas and eggs. Both our order's eggs were ordered sunny side up. Typically it's the yolks that are runny but both of our orders had runny whites as well. All this time we waited on the other appetizer to arrive. For a place that was not very busy the service was galactically awful. The food was passable but not great. The banana bread appetizer arrived as the busboy came to take our entree dishes. And that was after 2 reminders to our waiter (both appetizers were taken to go). Whoever is running this place (nobody game by asking how our meal was) should be embarrassed. When i spoke with our waiter about the abysmal service he passed it off on the busboy! There is no sense of teamwork nor pride in doing a good job. Sad.

It's a spacious, beautiful restaurant and on nice days during the warmer months, you can sit on their outdoor patio on the canal. The 48-hour braised short rib over polenta is my absolute favorite dish; tender and flavorful. I also recommend the Hiroshi Roll, Salmon Crispy Rice if you're into sushi. Next time, I'd like to try the tallow fried rice!
