The food though was the biggest let down. For starters, I had been on a blueberry pancake/waffle kick, so much so I made my own syrup. So when I saw Waffle House had something called "Blueberry Nugget" I was very excited. When it came out the waffle was nice and hot, and with the first bite the blueberry waffle sent me back to eating blueberry white chocolate scones from Target after school, but as I ate on, I found the waffle to be incredibly, incredibly dense on the inside, and the nugget to be extremely dry. It was one of the worst combos I had ever had. But sadly, when I realized this I had less than two slices yet, and my brain was being tricked by the fact I was able to eat something that had blueberry in it so I finished the whole thing. The worst part about this experience is even now, 5 hours later, my stomach still feels heavy. Honestly never want to go back there again.

Some other appetizers we got were their fried eggplant with marinara sauce and their buffalo wings which are so good. For my main entree, I got their blackened shrimp pasta which was seasoned well and came with garlic bread. My twin got their hamburger steak and it was delicious. Some drinks I got for the night were their old fashioned and their Long Island iced tea. The ambiance is nice and perfect for a family outing or to celebrate graduation in my case.
