I had an emergency backup at my home. I contacted several places on a Friday night 9pm. After…read moregetting machines and a couple of non Knowledgeable call service personnel, I got a hold of Roe from Discount Cesapool and drain. We were in a state of panic not knowing what to do. She calmed our situation down gave us some Instruction and had her foreman " Dante" out to our home the next afternoon with a pump truck And tools. Within a few hrs. They fixed the clog and got most of the junk out of the trunk :) turned out our c-pool and solid waste box has not been pumped in a long while since we did not know where they were. Well after some searching with special metal detector and other cool gadgets they found the c-pool, they also advised us who to call to get copies of where items were placed on our home survey just to be sure. Well they were correct. After speaking to the Owner "Domenic" who was Extremely Knowledgable he advised us how to make this a bunch easier in the future to get our systems pumped to avoid this horror in the future. I thought it would take weeks or months to get the permits but they were ready immediately. But here is the important part. They went over every detail from what trees had to be removed and how much space they need to get into my yard with the equipment. Communication was beyond excellent and there were no surprises when the day came to install the system.
