Mike was able to fit me in & install a new hot water heater in a couple days at a very reasonable price. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone. We were charged $145 and hour + the price of supplies. It was worth every cent to know that everything was done properly this time around.

And I used a different plumber last year to fix a drip in the shower set. Well, the guy fixed the drip but then there was no pressure. I had to turn the hot on full and hardly anything came out. So I couldn't get a good shower. I called the guy back. He came but. Said I had to open the wall and put a new set. WTF!?!? From fixing a washer to tearing up a wall??? Everyone else that I called said I needed to first pump the Spetic Tank and then see if the main line was clogged. CDM (Mike) looked at the tank first and said it was fine and cleaned the main line first and saved me the pumping fee which probably is needed for a few more years.
