Based solely on others' Yelp reviews, we took a chance on Mid-Suffolk Cess. Very, very grateful we did. Yesterday we met Alex and he worked so hard for countless hours in the heat trying to dig up a cover that was buried deep and raise it to code. He discovered a huge hole had been punctured into the existing cover, most likely from 1997, and saved us from a dangerous situation were someone could have stepped on the grass above it and fallen into the pit. After the inspection, Alex spent a long time going over everything with us in detail. He was a pleasure to talk to and truly takes his job seriously. The company is coming back today to do the actual inspection with a longer camera and I have full faith it will go smoothly. We felt completely at ease that Alex was on the job, he was so kind and polite in addition to being knowledgeable and hard working.
