Called Certified after a friend recommended them, Sal took his time with me on the phone talking through the issue - and my panic - as I was prepping for visitors early Saturday. We did not need a pump that night/determined we could make it through the night and Sal fit us in the next day before more guests arrived on Saturday morning for a pump and investigation (since we had another company pump less than one year ago). As it turns out, our old system was crumbling and it was time for a new one (he showed us, was not upselling). One week later, the crew was back to install an entire new system. They were here until 8:30p to get the job done right. It was a brutal day for them but we are so appreciative that they did not rush and handled everything with proper care and attention.
