He has helped with everything from the smallest to the biggest projects like wallpapering, installing glass shower doors, to even the smallest things like swapping out our AC controllers to nest controllers etc. I don't think we could ever live without Joe... he's absolutely irreplaceable. I would highly recommend him, although I secretly want to keep him a secret so we can have him not be too busy and all for us! But truly, he deserves a great review. He's super helpful, knowledgeable on every aspect, honest, communicative and he will also say no if he can't do it, is not licensed to do something specific or just thinks it's a bad idea. And his attention to detail is on another level. He takes his time to do things the right way, and doesn't skip over small things. Would highly recommend him.

This included a construction company that installed interior and exterior door as well as flooring. All did a great job. Conrad was more than happy to come back with pleasure and take care of more than a few minor details until I was completely satisfied. He came back twice. Once on a Sunday. I felt like I was being a stickler about details but all he wanted was for me to be happy. He remained a professional gentleman. Here is the final results. When hiring someone to work on my house, one of the most important things to me is feeling…read morecomfortable around the person and feeling safe in my home with them on my property. Reed is extremely personable and all communication was excellent, which put me at ease before he even got here. He came out to do the gutter cleaning but I hadn't mentioned the gutters had guards so he ended up needing to come back to do the job, however he went up and removed the visible trees starting to grow out of the gutters while he was here the first time, which I really appreciated. This is the first time I've had gutters cleaned and I wasn't aware the guards were an issue, so if you have guards, mention it up front to avoid any issues. He came back and instantly got to work. I have a large home so it took him a few hours to clean the gardens that had started growing in my gutters. When he was done, all the greenery was gone from my gutters and the downspouts were cleaned out. This is going to sound weird but I am looking forward to the next time it rains so I can see how the gutters are supposed to work. Since purchasing the home, the rain has been pouring over the edge of the gutter and the soffits had started to sag in places where the little trees had started growing. After he was done, there was noticeably less sagging in the soffits, which I was very happy to see. The guards were obviously not working as intended because as I said, there were little trees growing, so we discussed it and decided to not put them back on. Next year, we will have him install a different type of guard system that will hopefully work better than what was in the house when I purchased it. Overall I was extremely pleased with Reeds work and my interactions with him and would suggest him to friends or family needing their gutters cleaned. He is an extremely hard working man and I will definitely be using him the next time anything needs to be done with the gutters. Give him a try! You won't regret it.
