I wrote him a 5 star review and then followed up several times regarding the stairwell. Between leaving several messages on his personal phone and Yelp, I still never received a call back about the stairwell. If a company is too busy, or doesn't want to provide the service, they should just let you know. It's a shame because his guys did a great job but I'm a stickler for following through on things and this did not happen, leaving me hanging for a couple of weeks before finally moving on to find another company. I am loyal to small businesses in my community and I took the time to give this company the benefit of the doubt but I guess my job wasn't profitable enough, but he got his 5 star review.

I am compelled to post another review on Solutions HRI because the quality of the work that Anthony…read moreprovides is excellent. In all my dealings with him he has been honest, thorough and takes pride in his work. I've worked with many contractors in the past (both commercial and residential) and I can't say enough about quality of the work that he and his staff produce . You may be considering a less expensive contractor, but I would tell you that in the end, whatever the marginal difference is in cost, you'll save yourself plenty of headache, time and money knowing that the job was done right the first time. Don't waste your time working with an unreliable or unscrupulous contractor. Anthony is honest and will not fail to deliver. He does not cut corners. He is fully licensed and maintains a clean worksite and finishes the job(s) on or ahead of schedule. I feel fortunate to have hired him for multiple jobs and to have had the privilege of working with him. Thank you Anthony!

The reviews turned out to be fairly accurate and I was glad that I chose him to be my contractor. It was refreshing to deal with a contractor who is a stand-up guy (his subcontractors said so as well which is always a good sign), provides good service (above and beyond) but also gets the job done. He and his workers did an excellent job installing flooring and painting in some rooms, redid a fireplace, and finished my garage. The work was stellar and he provided good guidance and suggestions along the way. I'm already looking to work on more projects with him.

Extremely professional, paid attention to detail, always on time, kept their word and made my vision come true! I had my basement renovated, some of the things I had done were : added some recessed lighting, painting, flooring in my laundry room, finished my closets, changed all hardware, added a sink, plastering and mounting TVs and my floating Vanity. Oh and I was really blown away when he created the wooden floating shelves I wanted... from SCRATCH! They are absolutely stunning and everyone who's seen them thus far ask me where I bought them! They also fixed plumbing and rerouted some electrical. I now have usable outlets and a sink in my laundry room! I'm loving it!!! I had an issue with the laundry because it would flood everywhere at times, I had 5 different plumbers look at it and no one was able to fix it... until Wilmer and his team came along! Truly impressed with their work! I definitely recommend Morales Company for any job you need done around the house. From simply projects to total renovations, these guys know their stuff!

His quote was competitive with others we spoke with but we ultimately went with Vinnie because of his personal approach. He was thorough and thoughtful in his ideas, answered our many questions (many times!) and explained his process completely. He kept us informed throughout the job, brought things to our attention that we never would have noticed or known about, and led always with considerations of safety. He is a stickler for doing things right and his meticulousness gave us great peace of mind. We love how the bathroom looks but really, what we love the most is knowing that, behind the walls, everything is exactly as it should be. Steve, who works with him, is also fantastic. They are a hardworking team and they are respectful of your home. Everyday our home and driveway were left clean so that if you didn't know we were doing work, you'd never guess. I already knew the old roof needed to be replaced but had dreaded going through the process. With a giant rain and wind storm coming the next day, Nancy called and actually arranged to have Gus Anax do the repair ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON so that I would not have to deal with the damage that was sure to ensue! I was amazed to have come across a company that actually cares, especially to this extent, about a potential customer! I have never before had the pleasure of such kind professionals working with me in so attentive a manner before. The repair was done, and I was able to sleep soundly through the storm rather than watching my ceiling collapse! Going forward, I received a quote to have my old roof replaced that was absolutely within the price range I was expecting. Of course, I was delighted to receive a quote that I could afford but equally important, I felt a full sense of confidence in going ahead with the folks at Anax. They were very professional and informative, not to mention patient, throughout the process of selecting the roof material and giving me an understanding of the roofing process. They could not have been more helpful to this rather nervous customer. I need not have had any anxiety about having this job done, thanks to Gus Anax Home Improvements' professionalism and expertise! Gus and his team of skilled workmen set to work methodically and with great care. They were a pleasure to have at my house. I honestly do not have one single thing to say in the way of even the smallest complaint. Rather, I can only praise this fine company. What a great experience this has been, start to finish. With my wonderful new roof, my house looks far better than I could even have imagined. The roof is so pretty and greatly enhances the entire appearance of my property. (I have greenish-grey siding with dark green trim/red front door - - I went with Colonial Slate for the roof, and honestly, it looks like a storybook house -- exactly the effect I was going for!) My neighbors have all commented on how great the house looks and how charming the new roof makes it. In closing, I am delighted, in every way, to have had this job done by Gus Anax Home Improvements and plan to continue to enjoy having all my home needs taken care of by them. As such a satisfied customer, I was thrilled to learn of their full line of services. I cannot recommend Gus Anax Home Improvements highly enough. THANK YOU Gus, Nancy, & Co.!!!
