Y'all. This place is nuts! From their muffins to their custom cakes, everything tastes so incredibly fresh and amazing! I love that I can pop in at any time for a last minute cake or dessert for an event. My daughters enjoy picking out these mini cakes for their birthday treats! Also, I highly recommend stopping in to sit for a cup of tea and enjoying the serene atmosphere. read more

While waiting on our reservation for lunch, we stopped by Triple Crown to peruse the options available. The bakery is quaint, an old house renovated into a bake shop and offers an adorable setting to meet friends for a pastry and a coffee! We opted to grab a few things to try to-go and were blown away by the size of some of the pastries! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The only reason I am giving 4/5 stars is because we didn't have the pastries in house and/or warm, so while they were good, they would probably be a lot better fresh. A guest who was in the store did mention to get the everything bagel croissant warmed, but we picked a few different options. Not pictured is the biggest snickerdoodle cookie you've ever seen! read more

I popped in to grab something sweet to-go. Absolutely adorable interior and atmosphere. The staff was lovely as well. They had a wide and stocked variety of treats! I settled on the raspberry lemon bar and blackberry pie bar! Positively delicious! I'm excited to return when I can sit and enjoy the delightful atmosphere. read more

Wonderful baked goodies. Wish we could've tried it all. It's very quaint and "British" inside with a nice comfortable sitting area.

It's adorable and amazing treats. The tea was delicious! I really recommend this place!! read more

My experience was horrible. I bought a birthday cake from the case over the phone. When it was picked up, they gave us the wrong cake. So, I had to drive all the back to get the right cake. The bag the cake was in had a sticky substance on the bottom, which then got all over my passenger seat. When I'm paying $70 for a cake I expect a much higher level of service. read more

Unfortunately, our experience at this bakery was quite disappointing. When we arrived with my family, including our baby, we were still walking in the doorway when we were asked to shut the door before we were fully inside. Once we were inside waiting in line, we were told to leave our stroller (which contained our belongings) outside. Just a few minutes later, the staff asked the customers behind us to wait outside, even though they were already inside the door. The overall treatment felt quite rude and unwelcoming, prompting us to leave and go to the bakery next door. It was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience, and we never even got to try the food. read more

drip coffee tasteless and coffee cake stale. Looked so cute but food did not impress. Was hoping it might be a destination breakfast place for a small future event but will keep looking read more

Very good bakery. Will definitely be back. Only complaint would be the very limited seating.

Amazing, shabby chic bakery right off the main drag in Franklin. Sat outside and read my book for an hour the other day and it was great! I've been eating the same giant croissant for 3 days! Thanks triple crown!! read more

My husband and I would typically purchase about $60 worth of pastries when we would stop in here but we have come to realize this place was not worth what we were spending. Customer service has gone downhill drastically in the past year, the quality of ingredients is low and the overall taste of their products is mediocre. The staff used to be very kind and welcoming but the girls currently working the register are condescending, unwelcoming and cannot handle large orders or too many questions from customers without getting flustered and even visibly frustrated. Worse yet though is the quality of their products e.g., their cakes are soaked in simple syrup (gross) and there is something very off about the flavor of their quiches to the point we've had stomach aches from them. The only thing Tripe Crown still have going for them is the adorable ambience of their bakery. read more

Great ambience, great yummies. Great coffee. Great service. Loved this place. A must go to when I'm in town.

I've ordered several of my birthday cakes here and also cakes for my kids birthdays. We've never been disappointed in them. They're always delicious and last year I requested my cake to be decorated a certain way and when I went to pick it up I almost cried... it was beautiful and was exactly what I had wanted. We've eaten many of the different baked goods and have always been delighted with everything. The best thing they make (in my opinion) is the tomato goat cheese tart. I sometimes order several so I can take them home and eat them later. We've been going to the bakery for years and when we moved out of Franklin to another city we still made a point to go there for treats and birthday cakes. This is hands down the best bakery in Tennessee (or at least out of alllll the bakeries I've been to, which is an awful lot). The owner is super sweet and her staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm so happy to have stumbled upon them years ago. read more

Such an awesome place!! I had the biscuit with gravy and it was to die for. We ordered a bran muffin and an oatmeal cookie for a little sweetness and we're not let down. The best bakery in all of Franklin! 10/10 would recommend! read more

Very tasty and it's a short walk from home but a bit pricey and maybe the person that helped me was having an off day - just sort of abrupt. I will go back as it's close but....... read more

I have trouble understanding the positive reviews. My husband decided to surprise me with a birthday cake. He got a six inch round yellow cake with white frosting. Should be safe bet anywhere, right? It was pretty, but pretty is the least important part of a baked good. Taste is important. The cake was ok, it tasted pretty good by itself. The frosting was disgusting. It literally tasted like Crisco. Greasy, heavy and unpleasant. I LOVE frosting. I have never had inedible frosting before. We each ate one small slice (well, I ate the cake part anyway) and threw the rest in the trash. Won't be back. If you get a simple birthday cake this wrong, I'm not going to trust anything else. read more

Cute bakery with lots of options. Loved the chocolate on chocolate cake I ordered for a birthday.

Excellent! What a dilemma...and asking Alena her favorite dessert must be like asking someone which is their favorite child. All desserts look wonderful but I ultimately made the decision for the Flourless Chocolate Soufflé Cake with a cup of coffee. The only disappointment was when it was gone. Definitely check out this gem just a short distance off Main in Franklin, you won't be sorry. read more

Best Bakery in the Franklin & Nashville area! The team at Triple Crown Bakery are the absolute best. I recently surprised my wife on her 30th birthday with a Gilmore Girls themed party as she is a lover of the show. The team at Triple Crown let me know of their love of the show and I let them work their magic on the cake and magic they did! I knew I could trust their expertise for the creation of the cake and it exceeded my expectations. My wife and everyone else at the party were blown away by the design, quality, and taste of the cake. The hardest part was cutting into the cake as we wanted to display it in a glass case in our home haha. We have found our bakery for future celebrations and can't recommend Triple Crown Bakery enough! Thanks so much again, Tyler Keys read more

I wanted to love this place with all the rave reviews....got my husband's 50th birthday cake here. A classic yellow cake with chocolate icing. The chocolate was great... the actual cake was shockingly bad. I was floored. For $45. It was dry and flavorless. I read someone else had a similar experience. I will not be back for a cake. The Publix cake I had at a party earlier in the week put this one to shame. And it was a fraction of the cost! My husband said the chocolate chip cookie was good. The quiche I got was lukewarm and just meh. The staff was friendly and the place was cute. That's why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1. read more

Very good bakery located in downtown Franklin. Eat in or to go. Beautiful cakes. Darling tea room. Highly recommended.

I have a gluten allergy and my boss purchased me a single triple chocolate gluten free cupcake. It was delicious! I had to find it and did. I purchased over $40 worth of desserts for myself and others. It is the best I've ever had in a very, very long time. This is the best kept secret! But it will not be a secret anymore. I am telling everyone about it! ENJOY DELICIOUSNESS!!! read more

Whether you need a quick sweet treat or a dessert for a special occasion, Triple Crown has a great selection!

Have been here on several occasions, always able to pick up a yummy treat! The ladies at the counter always have a smile and recommendation!

Super yummy cakes and treats! I recently found this bakery and bought a beautiful cake for my daughter's birthday along with cookies, cupcakes and more. Everything was a hit! I now want to go back and enjoy this cute little place and have tea with a treat one day soon. read more

Cannot beat the fresh, beauty and the tastiness of all of their treats, only to be outdone by their kind service.

Came in the summer smack dab in the pandemic. Staff was friendly and the bakery is adorable. I was overwhelmed by the options and grabbed a variety to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, everything fell short of my expectations. Everything was stale and seemed like it was on its last day out. Nothing wowed me in terms of flavors. However, I hope to return (maybe not in the middle of a week day when items won't be too fresh) and give them another shot! read more

We finally made it to triple crown bakery and were delighted to find wonderful croissants. There were 3 flavors to choose from and many other beautiful pastries and quiches. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. There were tables in the front yard and on the porch as well as inside. The cookie were huge and had great texture. What a great temptation! read more

This is a small little bakery that does offer a few tables outside where you can sit & enjoy the deliciousness you just purchased! Everything here is homemade in a small kitchen that is located right behind the counter. You can watch the ladies at work creating their culinary masterpieces. We tried several different items and enjoyed them all, but I have to say that the lemon Elderflower cake was beyond amazing! The lemon creme was smooth, creamy and had just the right amount of lemon. And the cake was rich, moist and also well flavored. The two together was .....well..... to wonderful to even describe! While not located on main street......it should be! But don't let that stop you from checking them out. read more

I've driven by this bakery so many times and finally decided to stop one day. It's small but cute inside. I got a couple of cookies which are HUGE! They're a bit pricey but I would pay it again for the peanut butter cookie. It was fabulous. I also got a chocolate chip and a sugar, which were both good, but the peanut butter stole the show. read more

For the wedding reception, Molly & Isaac wanted lemon elderflower cupcakes in parchment and blackberry crumble tarts. Alena Vaughn and team excelled and exceeded our expectations. The cupcakes were light and delicious. The blackberry tarts were just yummy. Sadly, the only photographs I have are from a day after the wedding...when I had a tea party with my granddaughter. We pretended Bob the Bear Dog was having a birthday and we put two candles in one of the cupcakes. And then...maybe....we scooped frosting with our fingers and ate it. GREAT JOB Triple Crown Bakery. PS...your peanut butter cookies are my favorite. read more

Quaint little bakery in a historical house. Very good pastries and quiches. Small cozy seating area. Have not sampled the cakes, but they look amazing. My only suggestion: The hot chocolate comes as a $7 "service" in a teapot with cup and a cookie. Nice idea, but the hot chocolate was powdered (good quality, but powdered) and needed to be stirred, so the first cup was weak until I figured it out. Why not use a good chocolate milk like Trader Joe's or Hatcher Dairy? High quality and no stirring needed. read more
