I have been to Triple Beam several times for lunch and always get the 1/4 pizza. Always delicious! However, I finally went back to get a full pizza and found a bit of an issue with the cheese coverage. The quarter size always has full cheese coverage edge to edge with good and gooey cheese. But the full size preparation is underwhelming with sparse cheese coverage to the edges. I wonder if paying $5.00 extra for extra cheese would even give as much coverage as the quarter pizza? Fortunately, all of the flavor and the excellent thin crispy crust remains. I just hope they read this review and make a correction. Otherwise, it's back to Round Table for full pizzas. If you don't like to spend over $15 for a meal, this place won't be for you. I would say that most of the pizzas we tried today were very flavorful. The potato one we weren't a fan of, the garlic knots were big and fluffy! The staff were pleasantly nice and the portions were good. I have enjoyed the food in the past. However, I came in today, a Saturday, at 12pm. No one greeted me (not a big deal), but there seemed to be only one employee in his one world slowly making a pizza. I could tell there was only one order on their screen. After waiting at the register for over a minute, while the employee was ignoring me, someone else came out from the back to talk to the guy in front. He saw me, said hello, talked to the other employee, then went back to the back. I waited for over five minutes at the register, while the one employee out front slowly made one pizza while clearly ignoring me. I then left without ordering. I completely understand if they were short staffed - I have worked food service myself. All that needed to happen was the worker out front to say "We will be with you shortly, thank you for waiting" and I would have stayed. Very poor customer service. read more

With the wife craving pizza and not wanting Domino's over and over, we decided to try out Triple Beam Pizza. We are aware that this is not Domino's or Pizza Hut and they used higher quality ingredients which is reasonable that their prices are higher. We are also aware that the portion size is smaller (it is listed on the menu the size of the pizza). So with that in mind, my wife being a vegetarian, we ordered two 1/4 Pizzas 8"X5": Roasted Mushroom and Shallot and Acorn Squash. Both pizzas tasted great. The crust on both are very flavorful and has a nice crispy crunch to it. The mushroom and shallot has a very savory taste and the acorn squash has a nice sweetness to it. Overall, the flavor profile for both pizzas were great. Both pizzas were cooked well and though it is not the size of Domino's, the amount of ingredients and having ordered two 1/4 size was just enough to feel satisfied. With tax, we spent a little less than $20 but it was well worth it. Definitely going to try the other pizzas when I'm up for it. read more

Ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza and Caesar Salad tonight. The salad was better that the pizza. Certainly the best Caesar salad by far of any takeout. And most Caesar salads in Italian restaurants do not compare to the very crisp Romain lettuce tender croutons shaved Parmesan cheese and the wonderful and thick Caesar dressing. Well worth the 12 bucks For me the pizza left a lot to be desired. The first thing that I noticed was there is too much cheese on the pizza and it drowns out the sauce and the meat on the pizza. Secondly the large tomato bits they place on the pizza or in the sauce doesn't cut it the texture is all wrong. I expect my pizza sauce to be smooth and tasty. Not chunky. I'm a New York thin crust type of guy but I still wanted to give triple beam a try even though the crust is thick. If there weren't chunky tomatoes and too much cheese The pizza would have been acceptable. I may try some of their other pizzas that don't have tomato sauce and I will also ask them if I can order a pepperoni and sausage pizza without the tomato chunks and like cheese or less cheese. Almost there I was excited to try this because of the more unique flavors they offered but it didn't quite hit. Picking up my order the staff was incredibly sweet and prompt. The pizzas looked good but the flavor wasn't there which is a bummer because they have so much potential. I ordered the potatoes which by the time I got them home they were room temp with burned topping. The spaghetti squash focaccia looked nice but was average with no real flavor. Went to check out Triple Beam today and boy was I happy I did. Staff were super friendly helping me choose from their tasty menu. I got half Potato and half bbq Chicken pizza. Every pizza I have had here is my favorite pizza. The mushroom, the acorn, a few that I no longer see on The menu. If you are not into flavorful food, this place is not for you. This last time I also tried their green bean salad , and it was the best version of green beans I have ever had, with delicious chunks of garlic and again just so much flavor! The lemonades are also a must- especially melon. The only thing I have ever not been a fan of is the ice cream- it was too sweet for me but if you like things that are very sweet you will enjoy it. I was planning to come back to Triple Beam Pizza soon but a neighbor surprised me with a pizza for all of the help I do for them. So here is my new review for TBP... I am awarding Triple Beam Pizza the "BEST Pizza in Glendora" award. While I dont have a Glendora pizza association to give such an award, I, like all of you reading this love pizza and know when a pizza hits all the right points. My neighbor gave me a Mushroom and Shallot pizza. I have no complaints at all. You can see from the photos it has way more toppings on it in comparison with my previous pineapple pizza. Growing up I was not a fan of mushroom pizza but as an adult Ive really enjoyed the earthy taste. During my travels around the world I would often order a mushroom pizza. There have been some very notable mushroom pizzas in my life... in Italy, London, Switzerland, Australia, even the defunct Mir Pizza in Moscow made an impressive mushroom pizza. I could never say the same about a mushroom pizza in America. Nothing really captured the essence I was hoping for or was inspirational like from my travels. But guess what folks... Triple Beam Pizza delivers probably the BEST mushroom pizza in America and I want to say the top 3 mushroom pizzas worldwide. If you like mushroom pizza... this should be your first and only stop in the good ol USA. Seriously, its superb. I dont say that often. I had high hopes for TBP when they opened and had hope for a high level pizza considering Nancy Silvertons name is attached... well, it does not disappoint! If all of their other pizzas have such flavorful toppings (and amount of toppings) it is worth every penny. You get 10 pretty good sized rectangle slices with lots of toppings, exquisitely flavored... you can easily feed 4 or 5 people with this pie and everyone will be happy and talking about it the next day. Vegan pizza can be hard to get right. I've had a lot of vegan pizza (including homemade) and I can confidently say that Triple Beam is at least top 2 (tied with Pizzanista that's a further drive.) The first time I came, I got the vegan margherita and I was really impressed! The second time, we got that and the vegan chorizo squash pizza (we added mushrooms, arugula, and vegan cheese) and WOW. That one was maybe one of the best pizzas I've ever had, including non-vegan pizza. Service is super fast, and it's clean and simple on the inside. It's a bit pricey, but worth it imo. read more

Had the food delivered and to be honest it was a bit underwhelming. The crust was inconsistent like thicker on one side and paper thin on the other. The sauce was on the acidic side and not enough cheese in my opinion. The lemonade was good. Cantaloupe lemonade was all cantaloupe flavor wouldn't recommend I thought it would be more like lemonade with a hint of cantaloupe the flavor was a lot. I've been waiting to try Triple Beam as my quest for the best pizza in and around Glendora continues. I was excited because Triple Beam is the product of James Beard Award winning Chefs Nancy Silverton and Matt Molina. Triple Beam serves their take on Roman Style Pizza. It's a square pizza and the crust is a cross between Neapolitan and a Focaccia. (At least my Opinion) the service here was great and quick. It seams they par bake their skins so the cook time is faster(pretty sure) the pizzas are made and cooked through a conveyor type pizza oven, the pizza was crispy and light and the ingredients fresh. The Caesar salad was really good too. You can order a whole, half or quarter. We tried two half's and a quarter so that we can try different toppings. I thought the best was the San Marzano Tomato. It had a sweetness to it that was pretty darn good. I would say price wise the pizza was a few dollars more than some places but I'll pay for good quality and service any day. My bill with tip was $63 for two half's a quarter and the Salad. Had enough for dinner and lunch the next day. I'll definitely go back, also this is a take out only location. read more
