BEWARE OF TRIPLE 7 MOVERS. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The sales team, especially Donna, overpromised and underdelivered. I have written documentation from Donna stating that delivery is generally 1-4 business days from the first available delivery date. That was completely inconsistent with our experience. It has now been over 8 days, and the dispatch team still cannot tell us where our belongings are or when they will arrive. Every call with dispatch is the same. Jade and Nicole speak like robots, repeating, "I don't have any information to provide. When I have information, I'll provide it." No empathy, no accountability, and no effort to investigate or escalate the issue. They simply repeat the same scripted response while customers are left without their entire household. It appears the company relies on a single driver and truck, and when that driver is delayed, no one has any answers. You're simply expected to wait indefinitely. The biggest problem is the disconnect between sales and operations. Donna made promises that the dispatch and delivery teams clearly could not deliver on. Once your belongings are on their truck, you're completely at their mercy. Beware before trusting this company with everything you own. Our experience was one of broken promises, poor communication, and extremely unprofessional customer service. After using Triple 7 Movers, I wanted to update my initial five star review. I discovered an issue with the bed frame some months after my move, in my spare bedroom. The mattress was placed incorrectly on the frame, or the frame was not properly adjusted, causing it to stick out about 10 inches on one side. I injured my shin on the exposed frame while making the bed. I called the company twice requesting Michael or someone from the company come out to correct the problem. I was told someone would check with the scheduler but I never received a call back. It has now been several months. As a 70-year-old woman, I need assistance with this and expected the company to stand behind their work. I am still waiting for help 3 to 6 months later. read more

They took the time to wrap our furniture and pack a 65" inch T.V. They demonstrated professionalism and provided personalized service. They cared for our items as if it was their own. They never complained even though they were not aware they had to make an additional stop at my storage unit to move my items and furniture out of it. I typically don't write bad reviews as I often extend grace and give people/businesses second chances. I hired Triple 7 Movers for a move (2 miles away and 15 minutes drive) on 12/22/2025 from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. After the move, I discovered that one full box of my belongings never arrived at my home. The missing items included expensive alcohol, medical supplements, imported beverages - coffee, tea, cake mixes, oatmeal, and snacks -- all of which were packed before the movers arrived. Total estimated loss $400. When I called the company (to speak with Jade who requested my feedback) to report the missing box, I spoke with a woman named Nicole instead as Jade was off that day. The conversation was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering to investigate, she immediately became defensive and repeatedly told me she was "offended" by my concerns. She insisted her employees of 30-years work history "would never" take anything, even though one of the movers told me he was new to the company. She did not take a report, did not ask for details, and did not offer any solutions. Her only suggestion was that I "call the police." She was rude and instead of offering empathy, professionalism, or even basic courtesy, she responded with hostility and defensiveness. Her refusal to acknowledge even the possibility of an error or misconduct was dismissive and unprofessional. The fact remains: my box is missing. Whether the truck arrived at the warehouse empty is irrelevant -- anything could have happened during transport. No one is perfect, and mistakes or poor decisions can happen. Her unwillingness to consider that reality made the entire conversation unnecessarily combative. Instead of helping me find a solution, she focused on defending herself and her staff, forcing me to justify why I was even calling. She suggested I contact the police to file a report, and I intend to follow up on that. I also left a detailed voicemail for Michael, the person who originally booked my move and assured me the company was trustworthy. He never returned my call. I paid more to hire Triple 7 Movers because I expected professionalism and reliability. Instead, I was met with missing property, dismissive treatment, and zero accountability. I am now filing a police report to document the missing items as suggested. There were three movers on my job, with Jose as the lead. While I cannot say who was responsible for the missing box, the actions of someone and Nicole have unfortunately damaged the reputation for 777 movers. This experience has left me with serious concerns about the company's integrity, customer service, and internal processes. I cannot beg you enough not to hire this company. My experience was terrible, and I have learned some very hard lessons about moving companies in general, as well as this specific company. To be honest, a family member warned me that there experience with them was not great, but I thought they were exaggerating. They were not! I take responsibility for not listening. Learn from my mistake! I booked my move 5 months in advance, as I wanted to ensure that everything ran smoothly. I sent the company photos of my storage unit, specifications of the unit, and the number of the boxes, tubs, items, and was told that my move was smaller than their smallest move and definitely fit the estimate for their minimum sized job. It was almost too small a job for them to take. When they picked up my items from the unit, they insisted that the original estimate was $1400 too low and it would cost an additional $1400. They explained that they give themselves a maximum of 30 days to deliver your items just in case there is a weather challenge or such. Average time is 5-7 days. It took me almost three weeks to receive my items. They will offer no updates on delivery time until the driver is a day away from you. The driver that contacted me gave me a completely different company name. He was not with 777 Movers. My job had been outsourced, which was never discussed or approved. One man delivered my items alone. He struggled through the entire task, and this was a very small one bedroom move. I no idea I was hiring one man and a hand truck to deliver my valuables. It was the craziest moving situation I have ever experienced. One box with family heirlooms of some valuable tapestries was never delivered. They supposedly used UPS to send it a couple weeks later, but UPS destroyed it and trashed the contents of the box. No- there is no insurance on the UPS box. My valuables are just gone... or have been taken. Triple 7 repeatedly told me that it was not their fault. It was UPS's fault. I have a valuable Bianchi cyclocross bike that they picked up and never discussed with me the need to disassemble and box my bike. This was never discussed. However, they did disassemble the bike, box it, and in the process bent the derailleur. An antique dresser had the leg broken off along the way. I notified the movers originally that both furniture items were antiques and to please take care, but my antique Grundig stereo was turned sideways (no longer works) and dresser drawers broke off of hinges as well because of dresser being turned sideways. I've moved these items multiple times preciously with NO problems. There was an additional $400 feet added on for a shuttle service, as the driver was concerned that he could not get his semi truck down my street. There was no original estimate for a shuttle service, even after having my address from the start. They do not preview routes or make educated decisions. That was a last minute shock to me. I was also shocked that I was notified that the final payment MUST be in cash. That was very odd to me. I do take responsibility for not buying separate insurance. I have never had such a horrific moving experience, and in the past those moved me took great care with my items. I have learned now that I need to definitely move myself in the future with dependable help. I will receive $240 for a broken bike, missing antique tapestries, a broken dresser, and an immense amount of stress. Finally, customer service was abysmal. They spoke to me very disrespectfully and flippantly on a number of occasions. There was no concern for the customer at all. They lacked complete empathy and each phone call, they were very cold and condescending. Communication was very sparse and they will make it very clear that they do not care. I was really looking forward to using this company after receiving my estimate, especially because I was assured there would be no hidden fees after speaking with Michael. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I ended up being charged almost $200 in additional fees that were never disclosed upfront. I was also encouraged to pay in cash to avoid a 4% credit card fee. I chose to pay in cash, only to be told by the driver, Antonio, that I owed $60 more than what appeared on the official Bill of Lading, which I didn't even receive until two days later. Because the payment was in cash, there is no record of this extra amount, and it felt like the crew may have added the charge for their own benefit. While the loading process went smoothly and quickly, the unloading experience was extremely disappointing. Items were placed in my storage unit with no order at all, things were essentially thrown in without any thought or organization, making the unit difficult to access and creating potential for damage. I'll just get a Uhaul and I can nail this out in a day!" Yeah, that voice? LIES! ALL LIES! One; you can't do it. Two; Uhaul's are horrible and smell like the inside of a porta-potty during the summer. And Three; your hips, knees, and back? Yeah...that warranty expired a very long time ago because of all your previous, brilliant ideas. And don't believe those telemarketers when they call...they don't offer an extended warranty for those. Don't believe the hype! So it came time for me to move. Wasn't looking forward to it. My sister, who I love dearly, repeatedly reminded me of how old I am, and that I'm not a young buck anymore. The audacity! Can you believe it? My own sister! Flesh of my flesh! Blood of my blood! Next thing you know, it's ten times what you were quoted! But not 777. Nope. Not them. No sir! They showed up earlier than expected, which was really nice. And they showed up on a mission to get this move done! The crew consisted of Jose, Johnny and Javier. They charged at my house like Vikings on a Raid! Before I knew it, they had everything boxed up, wrapped up, and on that truck before I even realized what was going on! (I could've done it faster though. Yup. Me, and my port-a-potty in the summer Uhaul truck)...(No I couldn't have). Anyway, after a quick stop to the storage unit, it was on to our new home. Again! Like a Viking Raid Party coming ashore, they were ready! They unloaded, unboxed, and unwrapped everything so fast it was a blur! They placed everything where we wanted it with such care, it was great! Jose and his crew were amazing! So it came time to pay the piper! The final bill was way less than what Jason had quoted me, with the prior "Worst case scenario" estimate. So I took the difference, and split it up amongst the crew! They earned it! Drinks are on me, boys! In closing, if someone had a problem with 777? Then, chances are that *THEY* were the problem...not 777...just sayin...because I had ZERO problems! And?!? What they quoted us was no where near what they charged us! This company feels like Spirit Airlines -- everything is an add-on. For example, they charged $125 extra for each TV, which was never mentioned when I received the quote. I emailed the company to share my concerns and got no response. I also reported that one of my dressers was nicked during the move, but again, no reply. To be fair, the movers themselves were kind, professional, and worked hard, but the company's lack of transparency and follow-up is very disappointing. Beware if making a long move out of state!! Paid over $15,000 for my items to be brought to me like this!! They say the semi couldn't park on street, however I am on an acre lot!! There is a church across street, earlier that day cars were parked on street for hours and hours, but I guess that's ok. The driver hired guys off the street to unload our whole house from the semi to two uhauls, then unload to our home. AND we had to pay an extra $2100 for this!!!! We are so disgusted and saddened as many things are damaged and broken. As you can see by pics, it was all just thrown in. I scheduled a move and I requested movers someone I knew had before and on the day of they sent new movers that was the first red flag. The movers did come on time that was a plus but what I didn't like was when they were moving my stuff they took stuff (furniture)out the apartment trash and put it in the car with my stuff when I was waiting for them to follow me to my new home I seen their mover do it . While they were moving my couch they had it on the ground before they put it on the tarp so I had to clean it because it was dirty .They said they gave a discount but before the discount they charged me $80 for them to wrap a tv and a dresser . Don't use this service because their practices are deceptive. They told me that they had openings in the morning on the day of my move. I asked for the arrival time and Jennifer said between 8-9 am. She said they'd call me the day before move day to give a better arrival window. SHE NEVER told me that my actual arrival window at the time of booking was from 8 am - 4 pm and they would determine a 4 hour window the day before my move. I was contacted at 3 pm the day before my move and told sorry they no longer had morning arrival windows because they gave them to other customers. What?? Jessica and Nicole were both arrogant and deceptive because they accused me of not understanding how they operate. They also admitted they had booked too many moves on my move day as if I was supposed to be understanding. They thought it would comfort me to know that 3 or 4 other customers also wanted the morning and they didn't get it either. Is this a lottery? In July, I hired Triple 7 Movers to move my household goods from North Las Vegas, NV to Chesterfield, MI. Coordinating, packing and pickup of my household goods was satisfactory. Unfortunately, that's where the satisfactory service ended. Was informed at pickup that the company would inform me when the shipment departed Las Vegas and was approximately 7 days from delivery in MI. I waited more than 14 days without hearing from the company regarding the status of my goods. I then inquired multiple times with little to no information provided. Then I received a phone call randomly on a Sunday stating that my goods would be delivered the next day, Monday between 8-10am. On Monday, no one arrived between 8-10am and no phone calls were received providing any information, prompting me to reach out to the driver for information where I was informed they would not be arriving until 5-6pm. Then at approximately 12pm they arrived without any update provided to me. During the delivery process multiple items were found damaged or destroyed, including the company folding both a queen mattress and a king mattress in half (neither were folded during packing or pickup). Since delivery I have attempted to connect with a company representative to file a claim with no success. As a military member, I am familiar with moving and am accustomed to some minor damage to my goods, this company seemingly did not care about my household goods because not only did they severely damage several items, they refuse to take responsibility and work with me through the claims process. I have attempted to contact and communicate with the company more than 12 times via phone calls and email with no response. This is wholly unprofessional and explicitly unacceptable.
