    The moving truck

    Michael and his crew-Israel and Robert A communicated before and during the move with us. They arrived early and went right to work. They were pleasant, friendly, honest and helpful. They took the time to wrap our furniture and pack a 65" inch T.V. They demonstrated professionalism and provided personalized service. They cared for our items as if it was their own. They never complained even though they were not aware they had to make an additional stop at my storage unit to move my items and furniture out of it. I wish I would've used them before for three of my previous moves. I definitely recommend this moving company to everyone who is going to move. Thank you Triple 7 Movers! We will use you again.

    I typically don't write bad reviews as I often extend grace and give people/businesses second chances. I hired Triple 7 Movers for a move (2 miles away and 15 minutes drive) on 12/22/2025 from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. After the move, I discovered that one full box of my belongings never arrived at my home. The missing items included expensive alcohol, medical supplements, imported beverages - coffee, tea, cake mixes, oatmeal, and snacks -- all of which were packed before the movers arrived. Total estimated loss $400. When I called the company (to speak with Jade who requested my feedback) to report the missing box, I spoke with a woman named Nicole instead as Jade was off that day. The conversation was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering to investigate, she immediately became defensive and repeatedly told me she was "offended" by my concerns. She insisted her employees of 30-years work history "would never" take anything, even though one of the movers told me he was new to the company. She did not take a report, did not ask for details, and did not offer any solutions. Her only suggestion was that I "call the police." She was rude and instead of offering empathy, professionalism, or even basic courtesy, she responded with hostility and defensiveness. Her refusal to acknowledge even the possibility of an error or misconduct was dismissive and unprofessional. The fact remains: my box is missing. Whether the truck arrived at the warehouse empty is irrelevant -- anything could have happened during transport. No one is perfect, and mistakes or poor decisions can happen. Her unwillingness to consider that reality made the entire conversation unnecessarily combative. Instead of helping me find a solution, she focused on defending herself and her staff, forcing me to justify why I was even calling. She suggested I contact the police to file a report, and I intend to follow up on that. I also left a detailed voicemail for Michael, the person who originally booked my move and assured me the company was trustworthy. He never returned my call. I paid more to hire Triple 7 Movers because I expected professionalism and reliability. Instead, I was met with missing property, dismissive treatment, and zero accountability. I am now filing a police report to document the missing items as suggested. There were three movers on my job, with Jose as the lead. While I cannot say who was responsible for the missing box, the actions of someone and Nicole have unfortunately damaged the reputation for 777 movers. This experience has left me with serious concerns about the company's integrity, customer service, and internal processes. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because no customer should be treated the way I was. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. If you value your belongings and expect basic professionalism, I strongly recommend choosing another moving company.

    Damaged TV

    The agreed upon price was $2500 and some change. The day of the delivery, it was changed to $5706. The items were not handled with care either. Con artists. Total con artists

    I was really looking forward to using this company after receiving my estimate, especially because I was assured there would be no hidden fees after speaking with Michael. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I ended up being charged almost $200 in additional fees that were never disclosed upfront. I was also encouraged to pay in cash to avoid a 4% credit card fee. I chose to pay in cash, only to be told by the driver, Antonio, that I owed $60 more than what appeared on the official Bill of Lading, which I didn't even receive until two days later. Because the payment was in cash, there is no record of this extra amount, and it felt like the crew may have added the charge for their own benefit. While the loading process went smoothly and quickly, the unloading experience was extremely disappointing. Items were placed in my storage unit with no order at all, things were essentially thrown in without any thought or organization, making the unit difficult to access and creating potential for damage. I attempted to address all of these issues with Margaret in customer service, both over the phone and in writing, multiple times. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any meaningful resolution due to the company refusing. Overall, my experience was frustrating and far from what was promised. I would strongly encourage others to get everything in writing, be cautious with cash payments, and consider other companies that stand behind their service.

Drinking and driving is dangerous in general, but drinking and driving a commercial sized moving truck was beyond my imagination until I saw it happen. Thankfully he didn't crash, because he had about 75% of my belongings with him. When the end of the day came, he tried to claim that he'd only taken one hour for lunch, but his workers verified that they'd been done at the old house at one and that he didn't show up to the new one until three. They even warned me before he got there that he might try to do this. I didn't pay for that extra hour, but I wish I hadn't paid at all.
