The Joyce Landscaping truck and trailer ignored the signage at the end of the road instructing them to stay right of the island at the end of Lowell Ave and Putnam. With the truck and trailer there I had no place to go. As things currently stand I will be telling all of my friends how Joyce Landscaping does not feel they need to follow the rules of the road in the Town of Barnstable. I will suggest they not consider you for their landscaping needs.
