They said don't put in a claim because it will be denied! we pay insurance on it every month! so the district manager I assume repeatedly said denied, denied, denied and proceeded to say he wasn't checking cameras that there are 10's to 100's of thousand ppl in and out everyday which is so far from true! This forced me to need to book a motel and change a flight, $600 total in cost. This review does not reflect the store manager of the location I rented at in New Bedford Massachusetts. Although Bob couldn't give me a refund he was empathetic to the situation. I would recommend not supporting this company. A simple refund was the least they could have done for the mental and financial burden caused.

I called on a Saturday and they leave a number on their answering service to call if it's an emergency, this was, I did, promptly Cindy answered and met me the next day at the storage units, Sunday, did the paper work. The units are new, climate controlled, spotless, you can come and go as you please. So yesterday my remote wouldn't work when I went to the unit. The power had gone off. I called Cindy, once again using the emergency number, she was out on errands, stopped doing her errands, and immediately showed up, called the electric company, let me in by working the doors as only she knew how, and by the time I left my unit the power was on. Fantastic customer service! Highly recommend and a perk? It's in the boatyard so maybe you'll see a boat with your name on it!
