The units are new, climate controlled, spotless, you can come and go as you please. So yesterday my remote wouldn't work when I went to the unit. The power had gone off. I called Cindy, once again using the emergency number, she was out on errands, stopped doing her errands, and immediately showed up, called the electric company, let me in by working the doors as only she knew how, and by the time I left my unit the power was on.
