I really appreciate the level of customer service I receive at the fall river cube smart. they keep the place clean and do security checks regularly. my only complaint is that they raise the rates regularly. The "rate" goes up significantly over time. read more

Booked online due to covid. Arrived and the facility is well-kept, with cameras all over the place. I did have a bit of a snafu- My confirmation said it was a drive-up unit, but I actually have to walk a bit to get to it. I was a bit disappointed and, let the manager on duty know. The walking distance actually wasn't bad at all, and when I was leavig, the manager, Nicole, came up to me and apologized again, and gave me a free lock, which was great because my unit has two doors and I only had a lock for one. Manger is RUDE all the time, there are constant issues and they act like you are the problem for complaining. I drove 30 min to access my container at 8:30 am and the gate would NOT open! I called when the office opened to be told they knew of the issue. When I asked why they didn't inform their customers (I pay well over $250 to have access to MY belongings) she was rude and told me to just come now since the gate is open (so ANYONE can access the property) with no apology. This place is also used mostly by people for garage space so expect there to be guys constantly hanging out like it is their driveway working on cars, bikes, go carts, motors, etc. Because of this there is little room to even pull up to your container and if you are by yourself it is very uncomfortable and feels unsafe. I don't think it should be okay for people to be hanging around for hours on the property. There is also NO lights in the unit or many surrounding the units so if you need to access your container after say 5pm in the winter - good luck! Also, bring a shovel because you need to dig your container out if it snows! I have seen evidence of mice, and bugs and had to spray anything I take from the container before bringing it into my house for fear of infesting my new house with anything from the unit . You also have to purchase the lock - not sure what I am supposed to do with that now but why not use combination locks so they can be reused? Clearing out the container is a hassle because you have to wait for the ONE manger to lock up the office, walk to your container, inspect it, walk back to the office, unlock it, fill out paper work, sign paper work, and then hand you the lock- so don't be in any kind of rush. You would think with COVID there would be an easier way to do it. read more

I don't usually post reviews but I had to on this establishment .If you like dirt bikes driving up and down the aisles, if you like mice and rats eating your belongings then this is the place for you. There's an asbestos like material that falls from the ceiling and lastly there are no lights incase you have to unload something at night god forbid.. the worse part is there not even competitive with other storage facilities.. there overpriced..I don't advise anyone go there.. you'll be sorry..
