We drive in about 10 am Friday, they had sent it to another shop for a front end alignment, without asking us, and we wasted a round trip to pick it up. They would not even tell us where they sent it, so we could call and cancel the allignment, and be able to have our principle means of transportation back for the weekend! All together, we drove 120 unnecessary miles, because they could not be bothered to communicate with us.

I heard nothing but excuses, from owner Austin, and "Office Manager/Painter" Edward, about parts being unavailable, delayed due to tariffs in Mexico and defective parts received 5 times and counting. I was told by Cassandra, during the second week of December 2025 that they had received everything they needed on December9th to complete the body work, and my vehicle was the priority and plan was to get back to me by Christmas, if not just after News Years, due to the holidays! All lies... vehicle sat untouched since August 2025 until February 2926. On February 26, 2026, I received a voicemail from paint technician stating they have touched almost every panel on my vehicle and were finishing the paint on the doors and had 8-10 hours of buffing to complete. I've called numerous times since then, and have been told only two people are authorized to discuss the situation with me. I've heard nothing but crickets from them. No returned calls... but Geico called to inform me that revised repair claim was submitted for additional repairs and request for additional funding as of March 2026. Geico wants to close they claim as a "total loss" after releasing funds on previous authorized repairs. Leaving me no transportation for the past 15 months, along with paying car loan and insurance for the last 15 months. With the payout offered by Geico, I will now be upside down to my lender the $22,000+ paid for repairs plus my $500!

Even though they treated me poorly at the beginning, I didn't think it was fair to leave a negative review at the time. Now that I'm driving the car more and really see the "repair" they did, I no longer feel bad about it. This quality is nowhere near what you'd expect from a professional shop. I'm absolutely disappointed and I don't expect them to fix it properly. They take apart every panel just for the billable hours -- it's a common insurance scam. I'm not going to bother with litigation because it wouldn't be worth it, and I'm not going to waste more time negotiating with the insurance company either. I'm just going to get the whole car painted a different color at a real reputable shop. Thanks for destroying this panel. All pro? Not pro at all.
