Then they wouldn't answer their phone, on Wednesday, they finally said it would be ready Thursday about noon, we had doctor appointments and could not pick it up, until Friday, they said Friday morning would be fine, we live 20+ miles away. We drive in about 10 am Friday, they had sent it to another shop for a front end alignment, without asking us, and we wasted a round trip to pick it up. They would not even tell us where they sent it, so we could call and cancel the allignment, and be able to have our principle means of transportation back for the weekend! All together, we drove 120 unnecessary miles, because they could not be bothered to communicate with us.

Whereupon be brought out a very heavy contraption that he mounted on the corner of the bumper and proceeded to straighten it. It took all of about 3 minutes -- and no charge at all.
