Now that the "negatives" are out of the way, I can state that these folks are professionals and good at what they do. Within a half hour, they'd figured out a plan of attack and began executing it. Ten minutes after that, the first squirrel was caged and out of my life. We are still in Phase 1 of squirrel removal, but I will update this review as the process continues. Side note: the two gentlemen they sent out were veterans. I buy American when I can and fully support businesses who go out of their way to hire our veterans. First let me set the stage in its complete traumatic ness! I woke up on a Saturday morning to the most putrid, looming, overwhelming smell of skunk. Initially I thought perhaps the neighbors dog scared a skunk. Oh how I wish that was the case! I cased out the periphery of my house and found a recently dug hole with a healthy dose of skunk scent. The skunk had to go, I didn't have enough candles in the house to overtake the scent. So after calling a few places and getting no response, I gave ACS a call (while no reviews on here, Angie's list had positive things to say). At first, they were booked up for the day and could not get to me for several days. Once I explained the situation, they were able to squeeze me in that day. I really appreciated it! The technician arrived at the time they said they would and was both very professional and very thorough. He checked the inside, the outside and everything in between. There was a great deal of attention paid to the details. Ultimately, by the next morning the skunk was caught and the technician came out the same day to take him somewhere else. In case some are concerned, you should know they don't kill the animal, they find a new home for it. Bottom line: not an ideal situation, but did get the best result. Professional, thorough and efficient...quite pleased.

Took a week or two to return first call and drop by my house to give a quick look for signs of a…read morenuisance animal. Said she didn't see any signs but didn't look in attic. I had someone else take a look and he saw evidence of a raccoon. I called (voicemail) and texted Joann multiple times and she would never reply. I grew tired of waiting for several weeks to get rid of the raccoon. I gave up and hired another company who gave me an estimate one day and fixed it the next.

I had an exellent experience with this company. I had a chipmonk get into the house from leaving…read morethe back door propped open. My dog found the chipmonk under the couch. I called and they got someone to the house within the hour. After about 20 mintues the technician had netted the chipmonk! Everyone I dealt with from the call center to the technician was very professional and friendly. The fee was $399.00. They did explain to me that if the chipmonk wasn't caught they would set a trap and come back when it reappeared. Thank goodness, the poor thing was caught. Thank you for doing such a great job!

But what they don't tell you it is your money is nonrefundable. We had a dog in my neighborhood damaged one of their cages. I went to the neighbor to let them know what happened and worked a solution out. I let them know and they said they would come back out to trap the rest of the squirrels. Never did. I would call them every day and they would always say they were coming out that day. Nope. Never did. I tried to fix my squirrel problem myself. Suddenly, I was not up to their standards and they were washing their hands of me. Well my standard is, if you're going to say you're going to do a job (especially if you take money for it) you do it. It should never have gotten to the point where I felt I needed to do something myself.
