I called IPM for help determining how mice were getting into my house. Jate, the technician, was on time, very friendly and professional. He did a thorough inspection and identified the possible points of entry. I thought the quote to seal those was very reasonable, and he did a great job. One thing I really appreciated was that there was absolutely no pressure; Jate did not try to "up sell" --- push contracts for other services I had not requested, which I had gathered from reviews for other companies happens quite a bit with some pest control companies. This company is very professional and thorough. From the initial phone call for "help" with ants, which turned into a termite issue as well, to correcting the problem, their team provided excellent education and a solution to the problem. Each year they automatically notify me it's time to renew the annual contract to maintain the termite warranty and set up an inspection. Their pricing is very fair and reasonable. Jate has been our technician since day one. He answers my questions, checks out my concerns and gives me confidence he knows what he's doing so my home is protected. My husband and I had been battling what we thought were bedbugs for at least 3 years. We had companies do heat treatments, chemical treatments, even had a K9 come in that could sniff out the bedbugs but with no results. They continued to be there. With only one call to Matt Schaffer we had an answer. He asked if any of the companies we used ever mentioned bat bugs. Nope. Sure enough after thousands of dollars spent battling what we thought were bed bugs we discovered that we had bats in our attic which attracted bat bugs. IPM staff was attentive, professional, and courteous from the first call with Megan to Jordon Tamminga arriving to remove a hornets nest. Megan didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need nor scare me with conversations of possible infestation of insects and rodents. She listened to my needs and quickly scheduled the home visit. She was open and up front regarding the cost. Upon arrival, Jordon quickly assessed the problem and went to work removing the large hornets nest. Several years ago I decided I needed to have my house inspected for termites since I live in a rural area and there are termites around. With no knowledge other than checking websites and reviews I called IPM to arrange an inspection and am glad I did. A small termite nest was found outside the foundation and the house was treated quite thoroughly for a fair price.
