We called them to come get the squirrel. They confirmed they would come right away. When we got up the next morning, the squirrel was dead and a racoon was eating the remains on our deck. We called the company and they said that someone was out there and removed the trap. BS, no one ever came out. We called continuously and finally got through to complain about what happened. They finally came out and picked up their trap and left. They refused to complete the job and said they terminated their service. Long story short, we paid $700 to get rid of a few squirrels and WE, not them, captured ONE and they never finished the job. Needless to say, we paid them $700 to capture ONE squirrel.
