Only hours after my original post on Friday, 9/26, Katy personally called me with detailed updates and immediately arranged for another representative to come out the same day. She also listened to my input and agreed to have the traps set while I was home so I could provide insight on where I had been hearing the noise. The technician, Monty from Complete Animal Removal, arrived promptly and was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. He worked with me to place the traps in the best possible locations, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to listen. The entire Complete Animal Removal team went above and beyond with their urgent response, strong communication, and genuine kindness. I was extraordinarily impressed by how quickly new traps were set and how seriously my concern was taken. Whether or not this method ultimately resolves the issue, I sincerely value the effort, patience, and customer support shown. They truly did the best they could on their end, and it deserves recognition. Thank you to Katy, Monty, and the Complete Animal Removal team for turning a frustrating experience into one of the best examples of responsive and compassionate customer service.

Cute, yes but worrisome at the same time. I don't believe that animals should be killed because developments keep pushing animals further out and this results in them looking for new homes. I found Animal Ridders on line and they relocate many animals instead of killing them. This was most important to me. A gentleman that couldn't have been nicer came out and placed two traps in my yard. Customers are allowed to use these baited traps for up to one month and the folks at Animal Ridders will come out 7 days a week to pick up whatever type of animal that decides to enter the traps. Over the course of a weekend a 35 lb raccoon was caught and picked up the same day. Also, the people at Animal Ridders are easy to work with and if your ever in this position then you really should consider them.
