Cute, yes but worrisome at the same time. I don't believe that animals should be killed because developments keep pushing animals further out and this results in them looking for new homes. I found Animal Ridders on line and they relocate many animals instead of killing them. This was most important to me. A gentleman that couldn't have been nicer came out and placed two traps in my yard. Customers are allowed to use these baited traps for up to one month and the folks at Animal Ridders will come out 7 days a week to pick up whatever type of animal that decides to enter the traps. Over the course of a weekend a 35 lb raccoon was caught and picked up the same day. Also, the people at Animal Ridders are easy to work with and if your ever in this position then you really should consider them.

We have left multiple message with Jim in your office and you have not called us back. We did NOT request that the trap be removed. The tenant in the duplex I own saw evidence of rodents, and after my husband I couldn't get a handle on it, I sought out an exterminator. Perks WorX responded to my Request a Quote via Yelp, and we were able to schedule a time for them to come out within the following days. Come to find out, we weren't dealing with mice but with Norwegian rats (viking rats!!!!), and the exterminator also pointed us to a raccoon living in the attic (ew!!!). I hate that I know way more about both of these creatures than I did before, but I'm thankful that Perks WorX had such information to impart. Their prices were the best I found, and they were able to get our rat situation (again, ew!) under control, and we have a plan for the raccoon. I was also able to text them questions throughout the process. While I hope I don't have to call an exterminator again when another pest situation arises ... I'm glad I know of a great company to reach out to.

So I have a raccoon problem and needed assistance with it. They did come out pretty quickly but…read moreeverything went downhill from there. First of all it was $700 to set up one cage and have it monitored. They said no matter how many animals they catch that's the price. I noticed that the bait they put in the cage was gone and not replaced for 2 days so i called and their unprofessional "supervisor" told me that the more I call the more it impedes on the process. There were probably maybe 10 days out of 2 months that the cage had bait in it. They caught a rabbit. After two months of waiting I asked if they were going to move on with fixing my hole in my chimney and they said I was supposed to call them when there has been 7 consecutive days of no activity... it had been months!!! They're the one's monitoring, by the way. So they said we'll come out on an all day time frame to pick up the cage and move on with the next steps. They came and grabbed the cage but never called, text or knocked. I will never use them again and I hope no one does. Abysmal customer service (if you can call it that) and did a piss poor job. By the way, still dealing with raccoons but critter control already caught one and is much cheaper. This company is a S C A M!!!!
