Only hours after my original post on Friday, 9/26, Katy personally called me with detailed updates and immediately arranged for another representative to come out the same day. She also listened to my input and agreed to have the traps set while I was home so I could provide insight on where I had been hearing the noise. The technician, Monty from Complete Animal Removal, arrived promptly and was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. He worked with me to place the traps in the best possible locations, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to listen. The entire Complete Animal Removal team went above and beyond with their urgent response, strong communication, and genuine kindness. I was extraordinarily impressed by how quickly new traps were set and how seriously my concern was taken. Whether or not this method ultimately resolves the issue, I sincerely value the effort, patience, and customer support shown. They truly did the best they could on their end, and it deserves recognition. At 10:28am, I sent another text to the same number and asked for an update because I couldn't wait around all day. After 11am and still no reponse from the text.

First of all it was $700 to set up one cage and have it monitored. They said no matter how many animals they catch that's the price. I noticed that the bait they put in the cage was gone and not replaced for 2 days so i called and their unprofessional "supervisor" told me that the more I call the more it impedes on the process. There were probably maybe 10 days out of 2 months that the cage had bait in it. They caught a rabbit. After two months of waiting I asked if they were going to move on with fixing my hole in my chimney and they said I was supposed to call them when there has been 7 consecutive days of no activity... it had been months!!! They're the one's monitoring, by the way. So they said we'll come out on an all day time frame to pick up the cage and move on with the next steps. They came and grabbed the cage but never called, text or knocked. I will never use them again and I hope no one does. Abysmal customer service (if you can call it that) and did a piss poor job. By the way, still dealing with raccoons but critter control already caught one and is much cheaper. This company is a S C A M!!!!

I stated that if I didn't get a call back along with the letter stating that services were not rendered that I would take it to social media. To which he (Steve) responds with the contract that I signed, prohibits me from doing that. Boggs recently did what I call my Fall service by spraying the perimeter of my home for insects. They also spread granules in my landscaping to kill millipedes and silver fish. The very next day, while working in my yard, I noticed Red Wasp taking up residence in my overhang. I called Boggs and they returned two days later. Courtney sprayed a solution that killed them on contact and left a residue that killed returning wasp. Since they had been at my house just two days prior, I was only charged a small fee for the service call. Very reasonable. Additionally, Boggs doesn't constantly try to up sell you. Everytime they leave, they just say "If anything comes up gives us a call".
