When we received the first bill for services we quickly realized we had been hoodwinked. We then allowed Fox to convince us that it is necessary to treat for termites, because our neighborhood shows "increased activity." We subsequently found that termite activity was not found at our home, therefore we canceled that plan. The issue with this company is that the salespeople will do anything to make the sale, justified or not. However, the techs seem to be on the level. The technicians performing the services were very professional and knowledgeable. We kept the plan throughout the summer months and canceled it in the Fall due to tħe high cost of maintaining the plan through the winter.

To make matters worse, I didn't see him knock on a single other door in the neighborhood. It felt less like a business call and more like I was being targeted, which is terrifying. Fox Pest Control, you need to train your employees better -- no one should ever be asking to enter someone's home like that, especially a woman alone outside.
