David was great. I called about a yellow jacket problem right outside the door we come and go from. He arrived quickly, was knowledgeable and most importantly, was able to take care of the issue. Would recommend! Thanks again! read more

Straightforward pricing. Fast and effective service. Took care of the yellow jacket nest behind our siding in one visit.

Local business, extremely thorough job, followed through on their scheduling and fair price. Can't ask for much more than that.

We've had them out a few times in the last 10 years. We have had mice, carpenter bees, and carpenter ants over the years. They're always prompt, friendly, informative, and our issues go away quick! I have the number saved in my phone because they're my go to, who I trust to get the job done! read more

Excellent service. Dave and Isaac came out within 24 hours of my call and took care of some yellow jackets that created a nest in a crevice of my home. They communicated great about timing, effort and cost, and the whole job was done in about 15 min. Hopefully won't need their services again, but will call them first if I ever need to. read more

Amazing service! Fast response time, even on a holiday weekend. Isaac arrived a few minutes before the scheduled window, was friendly and professional, and took care of the yellow jackets at the quoted price of $100. Highly recommend! read more

A bald face hornet nest was discovered on Friday, Aug 30, in a holly tree on a branch just 4-5 feet from the ground. Mr. Dave Roshon was able to come out the next day, Saturday, Aug 31, and apply insecticide to the opening of the nest and saturate the nest. Most hornets were apparently eliminated that day with the remaining over the next 2-4 days. The quality of service was excellent, and of great value to me, and the contractors working on the house. Thank you Better Pest Control and Dave Roshon! read more

They were quick to respond and did a great job. Easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Used Better Pest Control for wasp removal. Very impressed with their service and value. The job was done next day and at a far better rate than other local competitors. Also, as I was providing payment, Dave noticed another wasp nest on our front porch that I had overlooked. He took care of it with no additional charge. I highly recommend Better Pest Control! read more

Outstanding service. Dave is so kind, professional, and good at what he does! I can't recommend his services enough. TEN star service.

Reached out for mouse extermination and got a response immediately. Came out 2 days later and took care of everything!

I called BPC and Dave (the business owner) came to my home within an hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to remediate our pests in the attic problem. He also pointed out some areas of the house I could remediate to prevent future issues. And, he was reasonably priced. read more

Dave was over in about an hour and exterminated yellow jackets at a good price. Will recommend in future.

Quick response and quick results. Called Dave on a Wednesday regarding yellow jackets. He was able to come out the next day- calm and cool he treated the area. I wasn't sure it would work as the nest was hidden under brush pile and impossible to directly spray it. 24 hours after his visit I'm happy to report I'm seeing zero activity in that area! Looking forward to enjoying my weekend outside without being bothered by yellow jackets. read more

Dave is such a pleasure to work with. He has gone above and beyond for our home and very educational along the way. Highly recommend!

Dave is extremely professional and friendly. He takes his time to make sure the job is done right. He's been treating my home for just over a year now. After the first treatment my enormous ant problem disappeared. I also have a large deck that has seen quite a bit of carpenter bee action. He diligently fill all of the holes with his magic potient and now I can rest assure my deck will not be caving-in anytime soon, at least not from carpenter bee damage He comes out 3 times a year to reapply. Highly, highly recommend his service. read more

Dave came to the house and was able to diagnose the problem in just a few minutes. He did a thorough walk-around discovering an issue that we were unaware of and quickly took care of it. He explained and educated me on the subjects of Voles and Mice while educating us how to avoid them in the future. Also, very reasonable priced! read more

Better Pest Control was referred to me by a coworker nearly three years ago. In that time Dave has gotten rid of the termites that were eating away at our crawl space door, wiped out a colony of yellow jackets living behind a light fixture above our garage and treated for ants that come into our house every springtime. As another Yelp reviewer stated, Dave has always been professional and courteous all while providing top notch service at a very reasonable price. I have recommended him to several family members and friends and will continue to do so should anyone I know need an exterminator. I highly recommend giving Dave at Better Pest Control a call. read more

Three years ago we had moved into our home and a couple months later as the weather got warmer we quickly realized we had an ant problem. I called several services and chose Dave at Better Pest Control due to his willingness to listen to my concerns, answer my questions and schedule a service the next day. He located the problem and took care of it immediately. He even came back a couple months later at no charge to take care of another area that was not related to the first issue. I have now used his quarterly service for the last three years and have been extremely happy! He's reasonably priced and stands behind his service. read more

Very professional, fast and thorough. Quote was exactly what it cost, no surprises. He came on time, easy to get in contact with as well.

Called Dave for a german roach issue in my apartment building. He was a very friendly guy and truly knows his stuff! I always try to use small companies for contractor work as they take pride in what they do and are experts. That is definitely the case here, Dave is a 1 man show and has over a decade of experience! (maybe 2 decades, I can't remember) read more

Called Dave for a small mouse problem. He came over on a Saturday morning, found the nest and how they were getting in, and figured out the beat strategy to solve the problem. We set some traps, setup poison in the attic and garage, and closed a few obvious entry points. Problem solved! Dave spent several hours here but the charge was incredibly reasonable. We have since setup quarterly termite inspection and bug spraying service. I recommend them to everyone I know. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. read more

Called them due to serious wasp problem. Dave came the next day and efficiently and effectively addressed the problem. Very professional and reasonably priced. read more

Super helpful, friendly employees. Always professional and courteous. It is nice to get individual attention. Would definitely recommend.

Better Pest Control is a relatively new pest control company servicing the Cincinnati area. However, Dave, the owner, has more than 20 years of experience in the pest control industry. Always looking to support new, small business owners, I turned to Better Pest Control when I had what I thought to be a raccoon running around my attic. Dave immediately came over and reassured me that it was only some small mice. He professionally took care of the problem and offered suggestions to eliminate this in the future. My husband and I were so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge Dave provided us, that we will no longer turn to any other pest control company. Better Pest Control really is better than other pest control companies we've dealt with in the past. I would trust my home to no one else! read more
