After reviewing pictures of the bugs that we took, as well as a wing that was left behind, and not seeing any damage or bugs out, he determined it very unlikely we had termites. He inspected the rest of the perimeter & basement for any other sign of pest trouble. When asked if they deal with moles, he informed me in certain areas they do but not in my part of Northern, KY. Instead he gave me tips on how to rid the yard of moles doing it on my own. At the end of the inspection he gave me some sticky boards for the cave crickets we occasionally get in the basement. He wouldn't take any money for those or the consultation. Top notch customer service that comes off as trustworthy as they get

Save yourself the trouble and use a different company…read more I continued service from the previous homeowners for the termite baiting system. For the first few years of service, they were great and consistent. I would NOT recommend this company if you are wanting to start a new service. The last time someone came to my property to check the bait traps was in March 2023, I paid for service renewal after for 2024, and no one checked or rebated the traps in 2024. I called to have someone come out and check the traps and to reinstate my service and it has been a complete runaround. Technicians have come out to my property two times over the past couple of weeks, but didn't rebait the traps because of the payment issue. I paid for a service that was never rendered in 2024 and consequentially 2025. They initially tried to get me to pay for a complete new install even though the bait traps are still installed, and I already paid for service renewal. When I provided evidence of the payment I retrieved the check number and the date it was cashed by OPC/Ace) with no service they said someone from central offices would give me a call. I have called this place multiple times over several weeks, the offices that handle payments do not call back. I have received no further communication when I was told the latest I would hear back was by the end of last week. So much of my time has been wasted calling this place with resolution. Additionally I tried to set up an online account- I have the same account number as someone in another city and I can log in and see their info! I let the company know and they were able to get me to log into my actual account, but I can still log into this other person's account and I want my info to be removed from the other account.
