When we signed a contract with this company, I was told someone would be in touch to get us scheduled for the installation of our garage door and that it was 1-2 weeks out for installation. No problem with that. But I never received a call to get us on the schedule. I had to reach back out to the company twice to get it scheduled. 2. Once I was scheduled, I never heard from the company again. I received no confirmation call in the days prior to the installation. 3. I was scheduled for installation at 8:00 am on a Monday. I reached out to the company at 8:30 when no one had shown up, and I was told they had a meeting that ran 30 mintues over, but that the team was on their way. They did not show up until 9:30 ( an hour and 30 minutes after my scheduled install time). 4. The same afternoon we had the door installed, there were issues with it catching and not opening/closing properly. 5. I was scheduled for the service team to come out and work on the door the following Thursday at 8:30 am. I made the simple request for the company to call me in advance to let me know they were on their way (I do not live at the location where the service was being performed). Not only did I not receive any sort of call, but the team arrived at 8:00. I only know this because the tenants who live at the location texted me. Zero contact efforts were made on the company's behalf, even though I am the owner of the property. I then called in to speak wiht the manager (Chance) and let him know how displeased I was with the service from the company. It was a very disappointing and disgraceful call as he simply wanted to make excuses for the lack of courtesy and respect I was being shown rather than take ownership of the situation. I am giving a 2 star purely because the installers were lovely and I do not hold them accountable for the lack of professionalism by the "leaders" of the company. The door is okay quality if it decides to work properly mving forward. Time will tell on that one. Needless to say, we will not be using or recommending this company for any furhter or future projects. Disgraceful.

Vinnie promptly sent me his quote but didn't pressure me to make a quick decision. Once I decided to use A-1 Fencing, Vinnie brought me a contract and we settled on a start date. The crew, Vinnie, Chris, Cody, Brian, and a fourth member (sorry, forgot his name!) showed up on time and started the work. For 3 days, the team arrived on time and worked all day. Each day, my backyard was left in great condition, i.e. no debris, trash, or tools lying around. Materials were brought in as they were needed and the old fencing was removed after the first day. I highly recommend Vinnie and his crew. The crew was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable checking in with them throughout each day. Great service, great quality, and great value!

We had an amazing experience with Vinny at A-1 Fencing! Finding the right person to build our fence…read morewas nerve-wracking!! some companies wanted to charge us three times what Vinny quoted, while others seemed like outright scammers. But when we stumbled upon A-1 Fencing and requested a quote, Vinny showed up the same day..not just in a truck, but with a skid steer attached. Right away, we knew he was the real deal when he hopped out with all that equipment and wearing carhartt overalls. Vinny is honest, reliable, and truly stands by his word. Our fence was scheduled to be built during a snowstorm (of coarse because we have bad luck) I was so upset because I couldn't wait any longer to have my fence built! I was thinking it would all get rescheduled for weeks out but sure enough, there he was...working in freezing temperatures and feet of snow to get the job done. His dedication is unmatched. While there were some minor issues due to hands-on training with a new crew, Vinny immediately corrected them at no extra cost. His years of experience showed in the quality of his work, and his explanations for how things were being built to prevent gravity weighing anything down in the future. If you're looking for someone who is hardworking, knowledgeable, and fair with pricing, Vinny is your guy. Rain or shine, or literally during a snow storm..he delivers. We highly recommend A-1 Fencing. You won't regret giving them your business! Additionally, I look forward to having other projects done by A-1 fencing as they not only build fences but also are able to do all your other outdoor projects! We plan to have our deck rebuilt to be a covered, screened in deck/patio soon and I cannot wait to see what A-1 fencing does with it! We won't look elsewhere when it comes to getting anything else built as we have trust and reliability with this company... something that's hard to find now! You also get warranty with their work that you don't have to stress about, no questions asked. If you don't like something Vinny fixes it with no excuses or questions asked. I had a weird nail I didn't like and they came straight away to fix it no matter how silly it sounded they took my concern seriously and acted promptly. Thank you Vinny!
