I have been going to Triangle Dry Cleaners for approximately 2 years. I have liked the way my clothes have been cleaned as well as the service. However, I am not pleased with my last experience. I am writing to caution you to BEWARE OF THIS CLEANERS! In addition to the high prices, the workers are rude and unprofessional! While this post is primarily about an experience with one worker, I have witnessed other workers on their cell phones cursing at the callers while attempting to serve customers. But I digress... 1. One of the garments I wanted cleaned is a silk blazer. I received a phone call from a representative of the cleaners approximately 30-45 minutes after leaving my items to notify me that they do not dry clean silk. I received no explanation, just "we don't do it," with the promise that my jacket would be returned and my bill adjusted. 2. Usually there is a 1-day turn-around for my orders. I dropped my clothes off on Wednesday afternoon and was notified 3 days later that they were ready (on Saturday when I was out of town). Again, no explanation. 3. Monday morning when I went to retrieve my order, the order was not correct. Specifically, one piece was added (a men's shirt) and one piece was missing (the skirt to one of the suits). When I brought the two mistakes to their attention, the shirt was removed and I was told they would look for the skirt. I stood to the side to wait. After a couple of customers came in, I was given the option to take the items that were ready and told that I would be called after the skirt was located. While I appreciate the offer, I respectfully declined. 1. A private conversation would have been helpful. Instead, the OFFER mentioned above was yelled across the room from behind the counter. 2. After a few moments, another yelling across the room from behind the counter attempted to alert me that "this is why I TOLD you not to wait. I have to look for your skirt between customers." I said nothing. 3. When there was a break, I was again YELLED at from behind the counter that this is why "I told you to leave while I look for your skirt, because I have to deal with these customers." There are a few things that should be considered. First, Triangle Cleaners was in error. Second the person who communicated with me was RUDE! Instead of having a one-on-one conversation with me, she chose to YELL across the room while attempting to serve other customers. What was happening with my clothes was absolutely NONE of other customers' business. Third, her multiple attempts to get me to leave could have been better used looking for my garment. When I attempted to tell her that, she cut me off. Specifically, she did not let me speak at all. Since she wouldn't listen to what I attempted to say, I raised my voice so that she could hear me. She told me not to raise her voice at her, while she CONTINUED TO YELL AT ME!!!! She would not let me talk because (as she said), "I am talking." I allowed her to talk, and (when there was a pause) I asked her if she was finished. Her response was, "Yes." When I started talking, she cut me off again. RUDE!!!!! RUDE!!!! RUDE!!! It's amazing to me that someone who attempts to DEMAND respect does not give any. I asked for the owner's name but wasn't given it. Of course, that information is easy to find. His name is: Prashant Gongidi. I was told that the owner would call me "as soon as possible." Well, 48 hours have passed and I have not received a call. That's fine. I had written a letter to him that I was planning to send via certified mail, so that he would know about the RUDENESS of his employee. But why waste my money on someone who cannot call one of his customers? I have previously recommended Triangle Dry Cleaners to other people. When I did not receive a call from the owner in 24 hours, I have contacted all those people I remember to rescind my recommendation. I additionally added to this review that I had drafted on Monday. I have received my missing item. I was given a 30% discount for my inconvenience. But I have not received an apology for the rudeness of the employee. I understand that people make mistakes; I understand that businesses make mistakes. However, I do not pay my money to be treated the way I was treated at Triangle Dry Cleaners. Their services is NOT that good! DO NOT GO TO TRIANGLE DRY CLEANERS! They are rude, unprofessional, and the quality of their work has definitely diminished since I first happened upon the place. read more

I brought three of my dresses here a couple months ago, I could've done it myself at home but these dresses were very important to me, one of them is the dress I wore when I got engaged and the other one when I got married at the courthouse, the other one was a jumpsuit corset and they were all messed up in that area. It's really sad to me that now they're all ruined and don't fit me anymore because they all shrunk. This is definitely the WORST cleaners I've ever used. They shrunk all of my dresses and didn't take care of the corset area for any of them. I cannot say anything but EXCELLENT SERVICE!! My laundry was picked up and delivered as promised and washed and folded beautifully. I'll never do laundry again. Triangle separates colors from darks before washing and then packages it the same way to return it to you. The cost for their service was less than I expected for such great service. This was my first time using this dry cleaning, but it will not be my last. my clothes were clean professionally they smell clean "they do not have a dry cleaner smell" they did have my dry cleanings back within the 24 hour period that they promise, actually they were a couple hours earlier texting me to let me know that my dry cleanings were ready. so this is a great place to go if you need a quick turnaround on your dry cleaning. I love the fact that they give you the option of receiving a text notification when your dry cleaning's are ready to be picked up and you can schedule your time for pick up so that they will be ready when you arrive. Saw the reviews and was totally skeptical cuz I'm a review nut and typically don't go to any establishment below 3 stars if I can avoid it. However, this was the closest dry cleaner to me and didn't feel like searching elsewhere. They gave me a military discount and were very prompt, even finishing my order a day early. I noticed a lot of the negative reviews are old. I've never had anything but a GREAT experience here! Everyone is kind, the place is clean, and our clothes always look great when we pick them up. They run some specials during the month and they also have a drive through option which I LOVE!!! It's so nice not having to unbuckle and bring my little one in to drop off or pick up clothes. Never go here. They do not stand behind their work. I took two nice wool sweaters there for dry cleaning. They shrunk significantly and are now unwearable. (They shrunk so much I believe they were washed and dried rather than dry cleaned.) When I talked to the owner by phone, he said they are not responsible. After further discussion, he said he would call later that day or the next morning. Never heard from him. So, essentially I paid them to ruin my sweaters. So unprofessional. read more

Brought several sweaters in for this month's sweater promotion and saw that I was not given the 30% off discount when I paid. The sales clerk said that she could not do anything but that the owner would give me a store credit towards my next cleaning and would contact me. Several visits and phone messages later I still have heard nothing and was told by the employee at my last encounter that " the owner is very busy" but will get back to me eventually. No manager or owner on premises the several times I stopped in and employees there obviously have no authority to take care of issues/problems. Appalling customer service. Have taken my dry cleaning business elsewhere. Heads up if you bring in any clothes during a promotion - check what you are charged carefully as this establishment will not honor the pricing when you go to pay at pick up. This was the most expensive dry cleaning tab I have ever had. I usually go to a place near work but needed some pieces done quickly and brought to this because it was closer to home. Then I'll came out to $76 for items I normally pay $40 for. I made peace with the fact that it was outrageous and thought it would be the only time I use this location. Now since trying to wear all my clothes, EVERY single item, my work pants, my dresses---have all shrunk in length and size. My pants all look Absolutely ridiculous now and I can't even wear them. I have never had problems with dry cleaning any of my clothes until now. I wish I could give this place a 0 but that isn't an option. read more

The original owners are BACK! This place ROCKED when the original owners worked in the store and I just learned that they will be working in the store again. This means GOOD THINGS. No more lost clothes. No more "same day service" as "next day service". Glad to see this as this was the "original" dry cleaners to service the Heritage/Wake Forest area. read more

LOVE this place. It's a little over zealous to get excited about a dry cleaning business BUT I love supporting local business and do a great job and have exceptional customer service. Took (4) mens dress shirts to be dry cleaned. Each shirt had a crease pressed where there should not be. Very poor quality work. My first and last time. read more

New policy is to charge $.75 per shirt if they have to unbutton any buttons. No prior notice. They also consistently break or tear off buttons while cleaning the shirts. read more
