I am an extremely frugal shopper that takes A VERY LONG TIME to make a major purchase, I highly recommend DARA and the Great Backyard Place Staff. Very friendly and helpful (patient too). I swing by there about every ten days or so to have my water tested (for free!) and they are always friendly. Chemicals and maintenance are way easier than I expected. About $10 a month is all. And my power bill increase was about $7 a month. Well worth it. I will continue to do business with GBP and especially Dara, patio furniture is next.

After two weeks and no one showing up I called Todd and he said it would be at least 5 more weeks to get someone out to measure. So in two weeks they slipped the schedule 5 more weeks for a total of 7 weeks to have some one come our to measure my pool. I then called a couple of more times and was told I was on the schedule but they were very busy due to rain. Which we haven't had much of. Last week after 8 weeks I cancelled the measuring and went to another company. They came out in a week and didn't charge anything.
