The majority of the staff I've spoken to is completely inept in regards to giving any accurate information. It's taken 10 months to be able to speak to a technician. When I finally did, he didn't even know what spa I owned. He hadn't bothered to look up the serial number and was giving me information about an entirely different model. I now have to wait up to 72 MORE hours to speak to a supervisor.

I swing by there about every ten days or so to have my water tested (for free!) and they are always friendly. Chemicals and maintenance are way easier than I expected. About $10 a month is all. And my power bill increase was about $7 a month. Well worth it. I will continue to do business with GBP and especially Dara, patio furniture is next.

After two weeks and no one showing up I called Todd and he said it would be at least 5 more weeks to get someone out to measure. So in two weeks they slipped the schedule 5 more weeks for a total of 7 weeks to have some one come our to measure my pool. I then called a couple of more times and was told I was on the schedule but they were very busy due to rain. Which we haven't had much of. Last week after 8 weeks I cancelled the measuring and went to another company. They came out in a week and didn't charge anything.

They explained everything's I wrongly decided to get electrical done elsewhere, nothing would heat up. Josh (the owner) drove up personally and within ten minutes diagnosed that the breaker was blown. He then took his time to drive out and buy me a new breaker, install everything and test all the systems He walked me thru it all and checked for leaks and ensured all the settings were good. I called again and finally spoke with someone that informed me it would be $199.00 to come out to my home. Once they got here they would give me a quote. The $199 doesn't get deducted it's what they charge just to come to your home.I purchased my Hot Springs hot tub 20+ years ago and have never been charged for them to come out to my house. Something has changed at this place. They use to be a Hot Springs dealer only but appears no longer. If you purchase anything from them beware of these fees they started charging.
