Unfortunately, I began experiencing problems almost immediately. On February 27, I contacted the company because the heater was overheating. The company responded and came out on March 4. After the repair, the tub lost power and required another service visit on March 5. On March 6, the tub developed a leak that required another repair. Additional service was needed again around March 17. On April 8, a hose blew off the pump, causing water to spray everywhere. The company returned on April 11 to make further repairs. As of June 15, I had already requested service seven times, and I was calling again because the tub was leaking once more. That brought the total to eight separate issues/service calls within just a few months of ownership. While the company did respond to service requests, I am disappointed by the number of defects and recurring problems in a brand-new hot tub. A new tub should not require this many repairs in such a short period of time. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.

This time a locally family owned and operated place popped up on my search. Tennessee Tub Factory, just down the mountain from us in South Pittsburg! So we took a drive down there to see what they had. We met Blake Fox, one of the owners. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and answered ALL of our questions. We are able to choose where we want to position the jets. If we want one pump or add more jets and add duel pumps. The entire process was so amazing! And the cost for a custom built hot tub, built and serviced right here in Tennessee by a proud military family???? Well, it was 1/3 of the price for what the big box store was going to charge us! They offer exceptional customer service. Are always available to answer any questions we had through the entire process and are one of the nicest families we've met here in TN. I had tried for two days to get a shut off valve to stop leaking but could not get the brass washer…read moreto seal. I had to finally cut the brass washer off the copper pipe. I did see that the blade had what I would call "cut into the copper." As I tried to put the new valve on and tighten it, the copper pipe gave where I had cut into it. I immediately shut the water off and went YELP to look for someone local. I saw Zac's business had two 5 star reviews and read them both. I like to support small businesses as much as possible. Although he only had the two reviews, I decided to to give him a shot, and I am so glad I did! He answered immediately, and I explained my issue. He asked me to text him my contact info, and address along with a pic of my problem. He was finishing up with a job he was currently working on and headed straight over to take care of my plumbing issue. He completely, re-routed my water shut offs, to fit better in my new vanity. My wife timed the entire time it took him to fix our problem once he brought in what was needed for the job. His helper was fast and courteous as well. It took him 21 minutes to completely fix it! He brought me in to show me and verify it wasn't leaking. My wife and I were totally amazed at his quickness to diagnose and fix the problem. I had worked on it for two evenings because I wanted to "save a dollar." I for one can tell you his prices are more than fair and he knows what he's doing. He's coming back to take care of our pressure relief valve in a couple of weeks. If you're in the Chattanooga/ Ooltewah area, Zac is the man you need to call. Highly recommend!

They showed up on time, That's The ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY. After the Technician showed up I told him I had changed Inlet water screen, ignitor and flame rods and had flushed the system. He called Rinnai Tech Support, checked a few things I had already pretty much ruled out and after about 1 1/2 hours, in his own words .... "Ran diagnostic on Rinnai tankless heater with Rinnai proline. Came to conclusion that burner needs replaced or pulled and cleaned" .... He proceeded to tell me it would be $230 for today's visit and he was leaving....I asked him well that's all your going to do and he replied well I could pull the burner and clean it but Rinnai stated it would be 8 hr job at $120 and hour or he could put me in a NEW tankless for $4,000..... I thought he was kidding at first but realized he wasn't and he was leaving and I had NO HOT Water and a wife that was pissed!!! We had been without hot water for days!!!!! I THOUGHT Calling a So Called Professional Plumber was what I needed to do as to not void any warranty...BIG MISTAKE.... After stewing about NO HOT water for the weekend and possibly having to find a way to get it fixed, I looked to YouTube for videos on cleaning burners on Rinnai tankless system...I found a video from a Professional Technician . https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hmD4v3lm0-8. After watching a 7 1/2 minute video on taking burner out and cleaning it had to take out the burner and clean it, BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE HOT WATER!!!
