I know that Casey is new to this position and he is unfamiliar with how previous transactions have been handled. I asked Casey why is he arguing with me about the $76 difference, he stated "I am not arguing with you". Okay if he wasn't arguing with me, then why is he not writing me a check for $76, because of the quote given to me by Alyssa? I sure hope that the $76 that Casey is refusing to give me is worth the loss of business. I let Casey know that my poor review would remain because HE REFUSES to return the amount that I was promised.
