You are better off buying from the manufacturer directly, clear and straight forward return policy and likely better pricing. This store's return policy makes absolutely no sense and is very sketchy, we bought boots here and before buying them we asked if we could return to which they said yes. We went back like 4 days later to return and they said we could exchange or get store credit. The shoes were completely new and in the same condition we bought them, we did not even take them out of the box after we bought them. We showed them the return policy stated in their website and they said they only allow returns if you order online. How does this make any sense? And why would I buy products from them vrs buying from the manufacturer directly when they have these contradicting policies. Now I am stuck with a gift card for $260 and likely lost my money because obviously I don't want to ever buy anything here again, I don't trust them at all. Terrible way of doing businesses and completely untrustworthy. Rude, unprofessional and uneducated racist staff member met today. We were checking their On shoes outdoor and it seems not the right size, while one of the staff invited us to go instead and he said he will find the size for us. While we're waiting (forever)we walked around and there were a stack of shoe box( not anywhere special, just next to the show shelf）, there was one box on the very top seems to be right size so my husband just picked it up, literally just open it and put it back without moving anything around. The other staff said "You touched it you buy it blah blah blah" which seems to behave like an idiot. I'd say if you don't recognize your store as an outlet, then DONT LEAVE YOUR DIRTY BOX on the way, move back to your messy warehouse. I used to buy over 20 times before never met this stupid racist guy, now I don't trust they have this trash people run the business and I don't trust where they get these products from or even they are selling authentic items. NEVER BUY FROM TREND BOSTON!! I have NEVER, dealt with such unprofessionalism ever in my life. The worst customer service of any company I've ever purchased from. They have been ignoring my emails to return an item for over a week now. They initially answered and said they would look into it and get back to me. No one has ever gotten back to me. I ordered the wrong size of shoe and was going to be glad to buy the correct pair back from them. But no way in hell will I do that now. Not to mention the box the shoes come in was damaged and their response was "the item was not damaged". Like how clueless are you to think that the items ORIGINAL BOX is not part of the Item! Went in looking for some comfy boots that will last a long time. Found a pair of Boots I liked but wasn't 100% sure yet just cuz I have high arches and some shoes don't start hurting til I wear them for a couple hours and had previously read the return policy so I didn't think I was risking anything. I bought them at 7pm on a Monday night. Brought them back at 1pm the next day because they cut my ankles just walking around my kitchen for 10mins-- hadn't even warn them out of my house-- and they would only take them back for store credit. I showed them what the return policy said online and they were completely flustered and started coming up with excuses as to why that doesn't apply to their store adding "this is a different store" and "we don't make the policy" after stating 5 min earlier that they are a small family run business. Really cool, trendy selection of shoes, boots, sandals etc. They have other accessories, jackets etc. but I was shopping for shoes and ended up buying a really comfy pair of Ecco suede sneakers - love them. Customer service from both gentleman was great. This store is connected with the old Tannery store on Boylston which explains the cool styles. Very much worth the visit. read more

Received a pair of sandals That I would like to return. Would prefer a different color. They require that you send an email to Customer Service requesting a refund authorization. However it has been five days and I still have received no response from them. There is no way to reach Customer Service except by email. There is no phone number. They have not responded at all to my two emails. I spoke with the person who answers the phone at the actual store, and he said that he doesn't have the manager's number either, and must communicate with her himself by email. I just moved to the area from San Francisco and am 100% not used to the rain and cold. I stumbled upon this shop while shopping and being cold. 20 minutes later, I ended up walking out with 2 new pairs of snow/rain boots for under $140 since they were having a sale. The ladies at the shop were both super friendly and helpful in my quest for finding proper shoes for the winter.
