If you know exactly what you're doing and know exactly what you want, you could probably get your bicycle parts & accessories cheaper elsewhere. But I don't, so I turn to Bicycle Sport Shop. This place has the friendliest, most helpful employees that you could ever hope for. They're knowledgeable about the products, make good suggestions, and don't try to sell you stuff that you don't need. My bike is nothing fancy (10+ year old mountain bike, maybe $350 new?), but it serves me well. I brought it in a couple of years ago for a tune-up after long storage. They recommended just their basic tuneup and replacement of my shifter cables (originals and all stretched out). Due to a scheduling mistake, they were a day late in getting it back to me and were so apologetic about it that they didn't charge me for the shifter cable labor and knocked 20% off the tuneup charge. That's what I call incredible customer service! I've since got in for other things, mainly minor parts & accessories and experience the same great service time and time again. read more

Great experience. I never felt ignored or ghosted like a lot of other "pro" sport shops I've been to. Never felt hassled by sales staff. Never got the impression the salesperson was trying to push the highest price gear. He showed me the range and explained the pros/cons of each option. Explained what kind of bikes would suit my needs/wants and let me take them for a spin.I left BSS feeling informed, assured, seen/heard and I still haven't lost that feeling after a couple of months. No website or discount store can compete with the quality service of mindful people "in the know" who can listen to and process what you want and need. I could use more sales experiences like I got here with Bobby Parker. I'm looking forward to building a relationship with BSS (after just now buying a bike from them) because of that experience. I got my first mountain bike 2-3 weeks ago. The lady name Laura helped me picking the right bike. She very cool, very passion about mountain bike. I love it when the sale person have the same energy and passion about sport as I do. She got like 20 years of MTB experiences which is awesome. I spend like 2 hours there testing 4 different bike and that was it. I had hitting the trail every weekend since. I did upgrade my bike to tubeless. The shop helped me installed the tubeless and I only pay for the parts. I also got 15% off all the accessories I bought on that day. last Wednesday I got small problem with tire so I took the bike back to the shop. Ron took a look and fixed it up no cost to me(it was a minor problem the tire went inside the rim something like that). he is so cool too. So I'm working on getting certified to teach group cycling classes, and finally caved in and bought cycle shoes. I must admit I always thought it was kind of silly to wear them just to sit in one place and cycle to nowhere. But when you teach, they want you to "look like a cyclist". Well, okay. I stopped by Saturday and was really impressed with the staff and the service. It was crazy busy but the young woman who helped me with my shoes took her time with me and made sure she understood just what I wanted. Unfortunately when I wore the shoes to class Sunday, both big toes fell asleep. :-) With some trepidation I headed back to the store. I've had bad experiences before where shoes that felt fine in the store didn't feel so fine 30 minutes into an intense workout - and then you're stuck with the shoes due to a "no return" policy". After some initial bumblage (the kid at the cash register kind of went on auto-pilot and was just going to give me a refund when what I wanted was to exchange for a pair a half-size bigger) what could have been a really yucky experience was actually pretty great. The guy who helped me went a step beyond and made sure I knew how to correctly fasten my shoes to prevent my feet from sliding forward. Sounds basic, I know, but if you've never worn them before, how would you know? They also have really cute cycle clothes and beautiful Specialized and Trek bikes you will drool over. Great customer service, great merchandise selection. I recommend them mucho! read more

My four-year-old had a hole in the inner tube of his Spiderman bicycle, and if you know anything about children, not being able to ride a bike is a pretty major deal. They treated us like we had purchased a $1500 bike. Everyone on the staff was incredibly nice and the biggest dilemma of his early life was solved within 10 minutes lol! Been a couple of years since I visited the place, but I rented a Specialized Epic and rode on the local trails and a commuter. Bike worked great. Great selection of bikes too, but one story was I was hanging around the repair area when some poseur walks with a Team Telekom Pinarello and needs a BB installed. I was thinking, "Get a life", when I realized it was Kevin Livingston, an actual Team Telekom rider! He made a great joke about gaining "50 pounds of power" in the offseason. Pretty cool! read more

I've really enjoyed my experience with this company. I purchased my 2011 Specialized Allez Comp C from their Research blvd store and that purchase went great. The bike was on special from 1599 to 1099 and was right at the price point i was looking for (prior year model closeout). I got fitted, I got new shoes, new pedals, new shorts and the entire experience was great. I'm never fond of spending that much money at once and the sales person while trying to sell more did respect my wishes without haste in just completing the order once i got everything i needed.. i'd truely love a computer, a new helmet and some more riding clothes but in due time ;) i didn't feel pressured and they did everything they could to explain what they were doing and what they recommended and it really paid off. Riding that bike is like ice skating down the roads - so smooth and fast! ~5 weeks and 600 miles later i was starting to experience issues shifting and front derailer was realy out of whack. I called up the Parmer store and asked if i could bring my bike in and get it checked out and the lady @ service department was super nice, said shure, bring it by, we'll check it out while you wait and sure enough, they got it fixed up and had me out the door in 20 minutes and it rode like new again. I was a "little" worried because full service checkups can be about a week delayed and i use my road bike as my commuter so i didn't want to have to drop it off for a week if i didn't need to. This company also puts on fantastic group rides. I've done the weekend group ride to Andice a few times from the parmer store and everyone has been super nice and the tres burritos fundraiser ride for ~60 miles was fantastic as well. Nothing like some tacos & beer to finish a great ride! Once i get my bike legs i may try out the research blvd hills ride ;) Thanks BSS for the great service, great bike and great rides! read more

When you spend 12 hours a day every day of your life in a corporate office, you learn that some of the best things in life are the things that cut thru the fat, are to the point, whilst still delivering the best quality possible. This, in its simplest terms, is Bicycle Sport Shop in a nutshell. I live downtown right next to Mellow Johnny's and frequented the shop from time to time for extra chamois, helmets, etc, despite the somewhat over the top price. My first experience with bicycle sport shop was when a friend of mine and I decided to rent road bikes for the day. (I have a touring bike, but it's a bit heavy for Austin's rolling hills and westlake areas). After reading a view yelp reviews and looking at the bikes available, I was FLABBERGASTED to hear their prices...$33 dollars for 9 hours on the bikes...GPS included! I hopped on the phone to order my bike and after telling them my height was set with a reservation for a TREK Madone. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The shop is nothing that would make you stop in your tracks from the outside but the inside is GINORMOUS and there is anything but a lack of equipment. The prices are unbelievably fair and the sales are great as well. They have group rides every Saturday or Sunday frim what I'm told and I'm looking forward to joining in some weekend soon. I'm a big fan of places that know themselves and what they do well and simply focus on that. I cannot rave enough about the way I have been treated at this shop. I started a search for a new road bike in South Austin, and had no luck with quality customer service and assistance until I went to the Bicycle Sport Shop there. Unfortunately, they did not have the size I needed, so I was sent to the Research location. This is where I met Laura. Laura is not there to sell bikes and accessories, but to help new riders become great riders,and experienced riders to perfect their craft. Laura talked to me for about 10 minutes before deciding she had something in the back she thought would fit my geometry and riding style. She brought out EXACTLY what I had been looking for at the other location. She spent several hours with me, helping me through fittings, finding shoes, a bib, helmet, you name it. I have not received such warm and excited customer service anywhere else, and I have come to only that shop since. I literally drive up from San Antonio to visit them. Do yourself a favor and get to know these guys. They are truly the reason I went from liking to ride to falling in love with it. read more

I stopped riding bikes at about age 17 when I startyed driving. But after a long hiatus, I decided that I want to be outside more and I'm tired of paying for parking. So, for my first adult bike purchase, I wanted to go to a place that would be friendly and helpful without any bike-nerd condescension. I went in on a Friday afternoon after work and I really put them to the test. Great bike shop and helpful staff without attitude. Not only did I not know what I wanted or what I was talking about, but I could barely form sentences because I was so burnt out after a long week at work. I am new to town, so I have no tools, work space, or knowledge of local shops. I tried a few different shops that would not work on my bike (no clue). I was recommended to this shop (183 @ Braker) as they are a Santa Cruz dealer, and I couldn't be happier. Everyone there in the service dept at some point has helped me out. One guy helped me find some not so public trails (huge + when your new to a town). I had my bike in for a few minor items, and since then they have helped me iron out a few tweaks at no charge. It's the only shop I would go to, and will probably buy my next frame from this shop. read more

I received a bicycle for my birthday this year from Bicycle sport shop, and it didn't fit quite right. I called them up and they told me immediately to bring the bike in so I could be properly fitted. I was courteously helped by several employees, to include Laura, who was the most helpful of all. She brought out several bikes for test rides and walked me through the price and equipment differences. I had received a Specialized Hard Rock Sport, 21" and, as it turned out, the Geometry of the Trek Marlin 23" was much better for a big guy like me (I'm 6'5). I ended up exchanging the bike, and saving $10.00 which I then used to upgrade the handlebar grips. I've also dealt with the Peddler before, and I have to say I like the vibe and feel of that shop better; however, I experienced nothing short of excellent service and a painless experience from BSS. Yes, I did try one of the full-shock-support system bicycles--and it was buttah--but it was also three thousand dollars. Ain't nobody got time for that. read more

I went to this bike shop today in desperation. I had bought a Schwinn jogging stroller and I could not (for the life of me) get the front wheel on and safe for my kids. I walked in and headed over to the service dept and one of the bike mechanics (I wish I knew his name!) asked if I needed help. I explained what was going on...had both my babies in tow...and he walked out to my car, and worked on the jogging stroller outside so I didn't have to carry my babies back in. The stroller ended up having shipping damage (the stem was bent and missing a nut) so he replaced those with parts they had and charged me hardly anything! I tried it out today at Mueller Park and it works perfectly. I'm so grateful. This shop is awesome and I highly recommend the service department and the entire store to anyone. read more

I rented a mountain bike from their rental department. The guys who work there really want to make sure that you have a positive experience with their rental bikes. A buddy of mine had two flat tires during our trail runs. The rental guys gave us the tubes and CO2 we needed for free. Also, girlfriend rented a road bike for a triathlon and she loved it. Before they give you the bike, the expert staff tunes the bike and makes sure that it is ready to ride. I highly recommend this store! Their prices are maybe just a little higher than other big box bike stores, but you definitely get true expertise and great customer service at Bicycle Sport Shop. My wife and I went shopping for a new bike for our fast-growing 5yr old daughter. They took the time to size the bike to her correctly and ensured we got a Mystic (by Trek) bike that can be adjusted to her height as she grows. No way you'll find a bike like that at Target, let alone someone who knows how to make all the necessary adjustments. Stores like Bicycle Sport Shop are hare to find these days than ever. These are some of the most friendly, chill, and knowledgeable people around in terms of bikes. We brought multiple bikes in to get serviced, and two of them, they didn't even charge us for because they were two minutes fixes. The one that was in a wreck had a little more to do, but it was done very quickly and the bike rides like a dream now. I joined their triathlon team this year, and they have tons of organized group rides, events, and take care of their people. I had some issues w tires on my Tallboy and Luke went out of his way to make things right to my satisfaction. I've visited other bike shops in the area and none come close to Sport Shop. I bought my road bike at the South Lamar location but live closer to the Research location. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Their prices are a little high for nutrition and supplements but comparable to other shops. Their service department is really what sets this location apart from other bike shops. They are always willing to do a tweak or repair while you wait. If it's a more serious service, they are quick and do a great job of explaining what has been done. They always go the extra mile (ex checking brake and gear cables, adjusting derailleurs, etc). read more

I can't say enough great things about this place. I hadn't ridden a bike since I was a kid and had never made a bike/bike accessory purchase until yesterday. I went to a number of stores over the past couple weeks looking for the bike for me, including three times to this place. Major props to Steve and Cory, who answered every question I had, never made me feel dumb for answering basic/beginner questions, really took their time in helping me find the right bike, and made sure everything was fit properly. After buying my bike yesterday, Steve even helped show me how to put the trunk rack on that I bought there, standing out in the rain well past their 5pm closing time to help make sure my bike was secure. I recently brought my bike in for some repairs. I was greeted by Dylan, who was friendly, courteous and efficient. With in minutes he had diagnosed my problem and patiently explained the problem in terms I could understand. He gave me several options and I felt his advice was fair and helpful. Dylan even spent a few extra minutes calling a manufacturer to see if he could locate a part. I didn't have a new or expensive bike and I felt like the repair department treated me like I did. I really cannot imagine a better bike store experience. In March 2016 I decided I wanted to buy a mountain bike, so I went to BSS on the recommendation of a friend. One of the sales guys, Tristan, worked with me for probably an hour to find the right bike for me. I have since bought three more bikes and a rack from them and although I have worked with different sales folks every time, the experience has been the same: They pay attention to what you need or what problem you are trying to solve, they are sensitive to your budget, and there is never any rush at all. They also really stand behind their satisfaction guarantee. I bought my first pair of clipless pedals and shoes from them with that first bike. After a couple of weeks I decided I wanted some pedals that were easier to clip into, and some shoes that were more trail-oriented. Dino worked with me and got me what I needed, and gave me full credit for the pedals and shoes I returned. Happily. And it wasn't like the stuff I brought back was brand-new and able to be resold, either. Far from it. Their sales staff really wants happy customers. Clearly. And their service department? Stellar. On several occasions I have brought a bike in for a creak or a rattle or a flat or whatever, and if it is small and quick enough they will take care of it on the spot, often for free. Example: I wrecked on one of my bikes and afterwards the rear derailleur was very noisy and didn't want to shift. I took the bike in - on a Saturday - and one of the service guys was like "Yeah, it's probably just bent a little. Do you have a few minutes for me to put it up on the rack and have a look?" Well, of course I did, so 15 minutes later my rear gear situation was back to normal. PLUS he showed me exactly what he did so I could do it myself next time. Total cost : $0. So I bought some oil because I thought "Come on, guys. You have to get *some* of my money today." Another time I came in with a flat after running over something on the trail. I have tubeless tires, but the puncture was too big for the sealant to take care of by itself. So I took it in thinking I was about to plunk down $75 for a new tire (Bontrager is proud of their tires, it seems). Nope. The service guy showed me how the tubeless patch kits work by patching my tire right in front of me. When I asked him if I owed him anything he just said "Not a thing. Just when the time comes that you actually DO need a $75 tire, please buy it from us." You bet I will, too. So anyway, long review but I just wanted to give a couple of examples of how their customer service is simply top-notch. If you are in the marked for a new mountain, road, BMX, or totally custom bike, or some repair work on a bike you already own, give these guys a shot at your business. Cliffs: Bought bike here, great salesperson, great company Bring bike back a few times for tires/chains..perfect Latest tune-up had an issue with a "cassette" BSS fixed it for me perfectly with no questions Will come back for future bike needs They are very friendly and knowledgeable I enjoy mountain/trail biking 2-3x a week; the only thing I know about my bike is that when I turn my legs, the wheels turn and if the hill is too steep then I need to press a lever to change gears. I am definitely not a "bike person", but I do know that $100-$200 Walmart bikes won't last a week on Walnut Creek's trail. 2 years ago I went into BSS after my Trek was stolen (cut off my truck bike rack) in search of a new bike. I was prepared to spend $2,000ish for a full suspension, but when I spoke to the salesperson they recommended a $700 Specialized Hard Rock in XXL 23" size (I'm 6'5, 220lbs). I explained I wouldn't mind spending more if it meant I got a better bike, but they explained how a full suspension would actually be worse since I just casually ride and I'd probably break the stuff pretty quickly. Since then I have brought the bike in a few times when I break things; my first flat tire I didn't know how to fix, so the staff fixed it right in front of me and showed me how to do it on my own in the future. Which was really helpful because I had a flat on the trail a few months later. My latest fix was when my chain broke and prior to that the chain was "skipping" even when not shifting gears; I brought it in to be fixed and was upsold on a tune-up (which I needed). The bike was ready in 2 days, but I picked it up 4 days later and tested it in the parking lot. The chain still skipped but a bunch of other stuff was fixed...so I've now had my first problem with BSS...it wasn't fixed fully the first time. I spoke to the sales guy, he said leave it here an extra day and we'll get it fixed; I also sent an email to the manager just explaining my problem before I picked it up the second time. In less than 24 hours they had fully fixed my chain skipping and I've ridden about 6 times on the trail since then with no issues. I would highly recommend BSS to any bike person, novice to pro; but I don't know much about the pro level. read more

My wife bought a bike from another BSS location but ended up changing her mind about the color and decided to exchange it for a different bike. We visited this location since it was closer to our house. We felt a bit sheepish for exchanging the bike at this location, especially when we saw that they had a lot of the same bike on the floor. The sales staff handled the situation brilliantly. Was made to feel very comfortable, like it happens all the time (maybe it actually does). In the end, my wife found her bike and she's really happy with it. Perhaps what we liked most about our experience that day was the atmosphere of the shop. As another reviewer noted, the staff all have an energy and passion for all forms of riding and it made for a very fun shopping experience. read more

I went in to buy a bike for the first time in almost 20 years. Actually, it was probably the first bike I have ever bought considering that all my past bikes were either gifts or hand-me-downs. Needless to say, I felt a bit awkward going into a bike shop and fearful that I might be treated like the novice that I am. Instead I got Patrick. He was awesome. A sweet, friendly, very knowledgeable guy who made me feel totally okay about being a novice and a dork. He paid endless attention to me (two days and several hours each), picked out several bikes he thought might work for me, ordered more from another location for me to come back and try. He also didn't let me get ahead of myself and buy something that wasn't really what I wanted. He didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't want and gave me great advice about the pluses and minuses of bike types as well as accessories that I had questions about. I am very excited about my new bike! My experience at the shop and particularly with Patrick was spectacular. read more

Huge disappointment ! ! ! On 9/09/2019 I went in to the store to buy a bike. I was able to finally afford a good bicycle. The sales rep was nice and we figured out he needed to order the bike I wanted from another store, he had it brought over. I have always loved the Specialized brand so, I was very happy and excited to get it. The next day I went to pick it up and the sales rep looked at GR as gray not GY. I decided that I really did not want a green bike. I had the manager call me and she said "sorry we made a mistake, I can give you a little discount on the next bike above that one". I guess this is how they UP SALE you. She also informed me that "you can only get Specialized bikes from dealers like us". You ma'am are a lair. I called Specialized directly and they said they could sale me the bike but they must ship it to a dealer for them to assemble and it wont cost anything extra its all included. This company is unethical and you shouldn't waste your money or time on them, But, if you really want a Specialized bike go through the corp website in CA. they can ship it to Buda bike shop so you can avoid these guys all together. When I took my bike into this place on a busy Saturday I expected to have to leave it with them to pick up later. To my surprise I was met with "can you wait 15 minutes"? Pretty amazing for Saturday bike service. Unfortunately I paid for that service, and the wait for my bike gave me the chance to look around.... I bought a bike off of Craigslist and took it to Bicycle Sport Shop for some repairs. The first comment from the shop guy was a demeaning, "Well I hope you got a good deal on it" - the experience declined from there. Most disturbing was that after spending a substantial amount of money on the service I asked them to help me adjust the seat, a feat that couldn't take more than five minutes. I was told that no one could help me because they were all too busy. In a town with as many bike shops as Austin, money is better spent at a place where the staff shares in your excitement of a new bike regardless of where you got it and can afford to take a moment to help you even after they have your money. read more

Initally I wasn't very happy with Bicycle Sport Shop. But they really brought me around. Yes, this is kind of a trend [see my Elevation Burger Review]. After suffering a flat over the weekend I went in on Monday to get a couple of back-up tubes. I actually handed the employee at the counter the tube, which he looked at, pronounced the size and valve type on, and went over to the display to get me a couple of tubes. This was all very quick and efficient and is perhaps where things went wrong. I wanted to browse some more, so he set the tubes on the counter till I was ready to check out. When I got home, I realized that I had the right size tubes, but the wrong valve stem type. I rushed back to the shop, as they were going to be closing soon. Explained the situation to a different employee, whom I handed the boxes to, and said that I need the other valve type. He switched out the boxes, no problem. Problem. When I got ANOTHER flat the next day and went to change the tire I ended up struggling in the heat on the side of CapTX with the wrong size tube. Right valve, wrong size. I went back to BSS later that day and asked to speak a manager. The General Manager apparently couldn't be found, so I spoke with Ron the Service Manager. I explained all the above, and he cheerfully got me the right size tube, and even a couple of extras for my trouble. As for an explanation, apparently while I was browsing someone else bought a pair of tubes, and got mine at the check-out counter, so when they got home the had the wrong tubes too. That explains the first time, getting the wrong valve, but not the second, getting the wrong size. That said, my general experience was positive in that everyone involved was genuinely trying to be helpful, wasn't pushily trying to sell me things I didn't need or want, and made sure that in the end, I was a happy customer. Was I initially upset that it took me three trips to get some tubes, yeah. Will I go back when I need something else, DEFINITELY. read more

I don't even know where to start. Maybe with the time Tristan spent 20 minutes IN THE RAIN trying to help us attach our bike rack to the car for a long ride, and then cheerfully sold us a new one when the first proved unreliable. And then spent ANOTHER 20 minutes IN THE RAIN helping us attach the rack to the car. Or maybe the time Dino spent (definitely more than) THIRTY MINUTES setting up our clipless pedals and shoes so that they would be completely perfect. When Dre(y?) in the service department fixed a finicky rack on boyfriend's bike in such a way that it looked JUST RIGHT, even though it took him extra time. And also twisted my brake levers back to normal (and then some) when I came in after a fall. Every time we come in here, we get ridiculously amazing customer service and we're confident that we're working with bicycle wizards. After all these unbelievable experiences and more, there is no way we'd go anywhere else! read more

I am new to cycling and bought a Specialized Expert from the Research shop. Everything went great with the purchase - this review is for a clinic after the purchase. When told they offered lessons for new riders, I signed up for a private lesson with Laura. I am so glad I did. Laura was very good at assessing my abilities quickly and adapting the lesson on the fly. I appreciated her finding out what my goals were prior to starting the lesson. I'm new to cycling, but not to competitive sports. My goal was to learn correct posture/positions so I can start training right away for metrics rides. Laura did a superb job showing me what to do and what not to do and she did it in a way that connected with the sports I am already familiar with so I could grasp the concepts quickly. Best part - her one-on-one tips as she rode beside me provided great feedback. I could immediately feel an improvement to my power output and my comfort when she gave a correction. Well worth the time and effort! She also followed up with a summary email of all the tips she covered during the lesson. That was much appreciated and unexpected. I've never had a bad experience at Bicycle Sport Shop. I have become friends with some of the employees, who are good people. Yes, it ain't cheap, but I have gotten good deals on some sale items, and got my 2003 Trek WSD 5200 from them (they periodically sell their rental bikes and this one had barely been ridden, since it is a size 44cm/ XS). They usually have bike rides from the shop. There is also a shower in the store that anyone can use, if you decide to ride from the shop and need to change after. They sponsor every bicycle event they can, including a fundraiser or two I did for the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Oh and there is a room that people can use for meetings/events, including spin classes, I think. Swoon! read more

took my road bike for tune-up at this place and I just had a horrible experience with the chain jumping out of the big ring every time I shifted. Supposedly they test rode the bike before I picked it up. What a lousy work. Not going back here again. read more

First of all Im a newbie to biking. I have been told by everyone who knows to get my bike fit. I threw my baby in the pilot and took off for Austin. The consensus was Bicycle sports shop on Research, so thats where I went. I talked to Chris on the phone and though they normally do not do fittings on the weekends he worked me in. This man was just the greatest person. He fit my bike. Showed me how to ride it and how the gears work. Switched out a device on my handle bar to extend it and made my bike feel 100 times more comfortable. He knew what he was talking about and was very patient and kind with me. Chris even fixed my cleat that had lost a bolt. I just cant say enough about this guy. I mean he is just mr wonderful..thats all I can say! All the guys were helpful I was asked 3 times if I needed help! I will forever love this place these guys are perfect to help break you in. read more

I had a great experience here a few weeks ago. One of my clients had a spin bike that needed repair. I called a few shops and they were all kind of rude and condescending (even though this thing is like $3,000 retail). I finally found BSS, and the tech I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I bought the bike in and they did a great job of repairing and replacing some parts for a fair price. I'll definitely be coming back to get a tune-up on my bike, and maybe buy something new! This shop did me a great favor that other shops were not able to do. I explained to the service guy that I needed them to help me finish up my brake installation that I had trouble completing. It was probably a simple job, but another shop wanted to charge $20 for brake install, another $20 for lever install, and that was PER brake ($60+ total). I asked the guy at Bicycle Sport Shop how much he would charge to work on my bike with the half-way job, he looked at my unfinished work and said $20 to finish it up for me. I was expecting something higher, but he was very reasonable in understanding my dilemma and not charging me an arm/leg for the service. I will definitely go to these professional folks more often in the future! read more
