I was out for a ride this evening and hit nasty pot-hole in Fort Langley. My gears started slipping and I didn't think I would make it home. I popped in, and, even though they were closed, they threw my bike up on the stand and quickly got me back out riding!! I will not be taking my bike anywhere else from now on.

Not only did they have the exact brand in large frame size that we wanted on sale (and for less than the first shop), but Jason also managed to get them from the warehouse to the Langley store fully assembled in less than 3 days! We picked up our new e-bikes today, and the service just kept getting better. Danie assisted us with accessories, generously offered a discount, and helped us with a new bike rack we purchased. I have a medical exemption for wearing masks. I have a letter. I was in the store for only 5…read moreminutes and it was empty. The manager scared me with his approach and judgement of me. He told me it didn't matter if I was exempt BC had new rules. I was shocked. And felt my trauma resurface. I left the store as I knew exactly what I wanted and had called in advance. My purchase was $1600. I went to my car and looked up the government of BC mask mandates. I was right to not have a mask due to my exemption and the manager lied. He discriminated against me. I wrote the owner to let him know how his manager treated me I order to help others. I don't want anyone feeling less than a person If you have a medical issue. The owner didn't even write me back. This store doesn't care about the health and well being of people. They just want money.

My headlamp had off on connection for a while then…read morenothing, I could not get my hands into where the connection was, she answered all my questions offered her wisdom freely about what she was doing and explained things I asked about she diagnosed all the connections to make sure it was only coming from one place. She was thorough and got the work done in an hour, I was happy and the price fair. I know a shop would have charged far more for Labour kept my bike for the day not giving me information about the work they did. This was an excellent experience overall and I recommend 100% I think the other comments about her asking what someone wants to spend was misinterpreted as trying to rip off and really it was asked from a place of I want y to I be fair to you before getting fully into it. thanks a bunch!
