So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

I asked him to let me know when he was on his way so I could notify her. Not only did he do that, but he notified me again before he knocked on the door to make sure he wasn't waking her up! I am pretty through when it comes to vetting home services and after reading all reviews we decided on WISEVENTZ. We scheduled an appointment with them and they showed up on time. A lot to be said for the way businesses are run nowadays. Steve, Ray and Vinnie were quick to get to work. They were able to clean all my ducts in 4 hours and I had them clean my dryer vent for a few extra dollars since I was having it done all in one trip. Steve was also able to replace my rigid dryer vent. These guys work well as a team. No laughing or joking. No loud voices. Only work, courtesy and a job well done.
