We had a great experience with Treescapes cutting some Eucalyptus and Pepper Trees. Susan was very communicative and quick to get us a quote and then quick to get the work done once we gave the green light. The whole process from quote to finish took about a week which was light speed versus what I expected and experienced in the past. The work itself looks great but I really liked the communication the most. The guys who cut the trees were also awesome. They climbed up, did their thing and before getting down had me come take a look to see if there was anything else I wanted cut. This was key for me as you can never be sure every branch to cut until they get started and you see how it looks. I had a bad experience with another company years ago where they cut and came down and missed a couple branches then tried to charge me to go back up. We had a really great experience with this company. Susan was responsive and very communicative. We were in a bind when a huge branch from our neighbor's tree fell and broke our fence. Her presentation was professional and charming, and the quality of the work adequate; but performed somewhat hastily and definitely at the high end of cost. We had a great experience with Susan, Jose, Manny, Miguel and the whole Treescapes crew. We called them to redo our front walkway. They gave us a great estimate and suggested removing a hedge to give us a front patio. Loved the idea. I messaged Treescapes on Yelp to get an estimate on removing two trees from my yard. I was promptly reached to and we coordinated Susan to come estimate my job. She showed up exactly when she said, gave a reasonable bid and said her team would be at my house first thing the next morning. The day of removal, the team showed up slightly earlier than agreed to scope the job themselves. Within 90 minutes, my trees were gone and everything was cleaned up. We needed three area's cleaned up that were overgrown, full of weeds, and in need of trimming/removal of clumps of birds of paradise (notoriously tough). Had a larger tree trimmed. Crew showed up on time and did what I requested, also advising on the tree trim details (how far to safely cut back certain branches considering tree health). Though she is in high demand, she went to our property and provided a quote for her services literally hours after we posted the project on Yelp, with a well thought-out workplan and timetable. Her crews were on-site almost immediately, and they worked all the way through the multi-day project to completion. The work was beautifully done, on-budget, and faster than we expected. When it was completed, Susan took the initiative to suggest other optional projects and their costs, which we greatly appreciated. She has great ideas, works hard to achieve them, and stays mindful of the costs. I called Treescapes, spoke to Susan. I hired them to do a Sycamore tree in my front. On Friday, January 1st, Susan began a dialog with me, either by phone or text on possible days. The week of the 1st might work but probably the following Thursday she said. On Monday she texted me and said she could it today. Susan and her crew arrived on time and did such a good job , I scheduled them for a pepper tree in my backyard on Wednesday. They were able to come earlier than were scheduled and did a great job.
