The women asked us to send her photos of our house and they would send us a quote. My husband asked her why they wouldn't send someone out to do measurements. The women said they would send someone out after the photos and first quote to give us a second quote. The owner text my husband the same day apologizing for how she handled things. He said that was not how their process works and he would have her trained properly. My husband gave him the benefit of the doubt and scheduled an appointment to have someone come out next week. He asked my husband what our budget is. My husband told him he wasn't going to give him a budget, he just wants a quote. The owner then tells my husband he doesn't want to waste his time. They jumped in to complete 8" wide stripstone lawn/flowerbed edging (300 linear feet), assisted with large boulder placement for a water feature, and completed the initial request for a new sprinkler system installation and sod install. To be honest, we were initially concerned about the lower reviews and discussed this with Nate from the beginning, and we are so glad we had this open discussion up front. We were able to take one day at a time and reassess progress/needs as we went, and Triones continued to show up, work hard, provide critical, timely advice each step of the way, even providing sprinkler head adjustments after the job was complete. They were truly great to work with and would not hesitate to recommend Triones to others. They went above and beyond and absolutely deserve a 5 star review! Thank you again for everything!!!

I'm not normally one to leave bad reviews for a company but Trione's Landscape and Fencing is one…read moreof the most unprofessional and poor-quality businesses I have ever worked with. I had them redo some fencing, posts, and downspouts and everything was done subpar. Nate Trione and his staff were super unprofessional and I had to constantly be watching over the job as a plethora of things were not done correctly. I made the biggest mistake of letting him convince me to pay him before everything met my expectations, but he assured me would fix everything. It has been over a month, and I have been gaslit, no showed, and led on to believing he would come back and complete the job. The fence post for the gate they cracked the first time when putting it in, I had them redo it, and they somehow managed to crack it again. The downspouts leak and are falling off, plus the cut job was super sharp and is a hazard to cutting your skin when you touch it. Complete hack job. He also was supposed to fix my landscape area where the new fence went up and left it in disarray. When putting in the new fence, they forgot multiple nails at the bottom of the fence so everything was loose and looked terrible. He also forgot random tools around my yard and cracked the new gate again when drilling the top part in. I will also add he had to completely rebuild my gate because his incompetent workers actually destroyed it by cutting into the side. The new gate is also bad quality. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone as they do not good quality work, will take your money and not finish the job, and are extremely unprofessional. It has become apparent I was completely taken advantage of as a woman so I feel the need to warn others so they do not get themselves in the same situation I did.
