I learned more about our trees in one visit with Parker than I ever expected. I hired him to evaluate our lemon tree along with several other trees on our property, and the appointment exceeded every expectation. Parker is incredibly knowledgeable, but what impressed me most was how genuinely passionate he is about trees. As a certified arborist, he didn't just tell me what needed to be done--he took the time to explain why. He walked me through each tree, answered every question I had, and shared practical advice that left me feeling much more confident about how to care for them. I learned so much during our visit. It honestly felt more like spending time with someone who loves teaching than simply hiring a tree service. That level of expertise and enthusiasm is rare. Chelsea was also wonderful to work with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. If you're looking for an honest, highly skilled arborist who truly cares about educating his clients and helping their trees thrive, I wholeheartedly recommend Parker and the Tree MD team. read more

came out to inspect my tree. Paid $250 just to have him show up on property. Diagnosed a tree to have an insect (Beetle) that we were not able to see. Told me it would be $650 to treat. I contacted the county to see if there were any other instances of this beetle. What they told me was that if I do have an insect issue that no peticide would eliminate the issue. When I let Tree MD know and asked if this were true, I was ghosted. On two occasions I messaged and was told that they would get back to me. Never happened. I would not use this service and if you do, I would absolutely get a second opinion. There is no doubt that they were going to provide service that was not effective for $650. I would find another arborist! read more

We had the nastiest infestation on our tree. Parker came out and was first and foremost, such a great person to talk with. Incredibly kind and friendly and who you want to work with and such a great knowledge and passion for what he does. Chelsea who took my call and was our coordinator was incredible. We played phone tag a few times and she was so great about it and got the job done! So friendly. We scheduled our treatment and got seen even sooner because they had a cancellation and fit us in. Parker came recommended to us from a different company and I'm so glad we took the recommendation. Their pricing is also incredibly fair. Parker is our arborist moving forward for sure. A positive experience start to finish. read more

Be warned that they don't check their Yelp messages (I found this out after calling them after no one ever got back to me then they told me they "never check their Yelp") I also don't like how they charge you $250 for an estimate and that it just a sunk cost! That $250 money isn't even applied to future work it is just the fee you have to pay to even get their estimate. Of course I didn't want to pay $250 when I could get free estimates from other companies. read more

I'm saddened leaving a poor review for Parker, who is pleasant and knowledgeable. The problem is that after taking some samples and pictures to further research a disease in my Fullerton Cypress trees he couldn't identify, Parker blew me off. He assured me that he would follow up with whatever he found out. Instead, he took his consultation fee left me hanging. Obviously I don't expect Parker to know everything; I do, however, expect him to keep his word. That being said, my experience with Tree MD is one that I can not recommend. read more

The tree Doc responded to my request for an evaluation of my tree promptly. And treated it just as quickly. very thorough.

We are so happy to have found Tree MD. Parker is an extremely knowledgeable Arborist, and he is a joy to talk with. He explained things in as much detail as we needed, and gave us some straight talk about one of our trees instead of trying to sell us on unnecessary treatments/services. On top of that, Chelsea (office manager) is so friendly and responsive, and another joy to work with. I've already recommended them to someone and will continue to do so. Such a great find. I highly, highly recommend them. read more

The name Tree MD does not over promise on what Parker is able to deliver in only an hour on your property. By the time you are done chatting with him you'll wish that he was your neighbor because he's not only overwhelmingly knowledgeable about trees, he's affable and kind to boot. I wholeheartedly recommend his services for anyone looking to understand how to best care for their trees, or just anyone looking to chat with a fellow horticultural enthusiast. read more

Parker is a miracle tree doctor! I thought there was little hope of saving my palm tree in my front yard. Other tree specialists wanted to cut it down because they said the palm tree was dying. I was so sad. Parker inspected the tree and right away knew what minerals were missing in the soil. He put together a plan to revitalize the tree by making a list of recommendations of nutrients. I followed his recommendation closely for the year and little by little the leaves of the tree started to turn green again! Our palm tree survived! During Parker's visit, he also told us how to revitalize our roses and other plants. He is honest and knowledgeable. Very thankful to him. read more

I want to highly recommend Tree MD and Parker, who always provides excellent service and advice. Parker has been taking care of our orange tree for several years and it has never produced better oranges since he began helping us. He has trimmed it beautifully, treated pests, when the need arises, and provides great and expert advice. I trust him completely and value his professional abilities. He is knowledgeable and it is very easy to communicate our concerns and get quick and reliable answers. I recommend him so highly. There is no better option for taking care of citrus trees than Parker. read more

Tree MD was able to make an appointment in a fast and convenient time for me. They were prompt and gave me a few options on how to best deal with my issue. Thank you. read more

Parker visited our home earlier this week to inspect some king palms that were remaining from others that had been removed due to pink rot. He was a wealth of knowledge and provided suggestions on how to treat all of the trees in our backyard (lemon tree with scale, improperly pruned peach tree, poorly planted pygmy date palms and king palms). His consultation was thorough and extremely affordable. I only wish I had reached out to him before purchasing our palms and peach tree, which he apparently does planning and can help you find what you are looking for at a very reasonable price. We spent thousands of dollars on 10 king palms and Pygmy date palms and a peach at a local large nursery when we could have saved ourselves lots of money, time and headache by going to Parker first. I kept saying during our consultation that I wish I could have him in my pocket for info when it came to maintaining our trees. Suggestions for your visit - take copious notes, wear sunscreen read more

Parker came to examine my tree that lost most of its leaves. He identified the disease and said it would probably recover on its own. I gave it fertilizer that he prescribed and nutri root. Happy to say my tree got its leaves back and doing great! He's an honest knowledgable man! read more

Parker is awesome. We have three trees including a large liquid amber, a loquat, and a citrus tree we needed help with. He came out and spent time with us to talk about the health of the trees, how to take care of them, and described what kind of trimming was needed to keep them well. We are picky customers with lots of questions and he answered them with kindness and patience. He also really loves trees so shared a lot of helpful and interesting knowledge. He communicated regularly via phone, text, and email. He shows up on time when he says he'll be there, was really clean and respectful of our space. We look forward to having him do our privacy hedge and to continue to maintain our tree health. Thank you Parker! read more

We have 10 fruit trees on our property, planted by the previous owner. They did an amazing job of planting and maintaining them over the almost 40 years they lived here, but in the short 4 years I've been here, through my incompetence, I've managed to almost kill all of them. "Almost"is fortunately the operative word. Then comes Parker, a master arborist. He assured us it was not too late and was certainly not beyond repair. He educated us on what needed to be done then his crew took care of all of it in less than 4 hours, On a Sunday no less! Extremely reasonable price. He educated me on and demonstrated how to trim citrus trees to maximize production, and forwarded some helpful literature on it. I would give 6 stars. Can't wait for all my trees to come back strong. read more

These guys are the best! I refer them to everyone now. My two avocado and two Orange tree's haven't been trimmed in over 10 years, they were so overgrown I was scared to even get a quote honestly. Tree MD gave me a great deal and my trees have never looked better. They are also loaded with more fruit now then we've ever had. Parker was vary helpful and informative, I can't thank him enough. I'll definitely be doing more business with them. read more

Great work cleaning up decades of abuse in our very large trees as well as helping some younger ones grow and mature. Parker and Isaac also left our yard and garage very clean and even hauled away our old Christmas tree that was sitting on the curb! We will definitely have them back every year. read more

Super super knowledgeable!! He gave us great advice on our ficus hedge, our ash and sycamore trees and our parkway trees. Answered all our questions. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of advice on their foliage. read more

Parker is the owner and master arborist who was very prompt on returning my call, arranging an appointment to come out and see me,, gave me a thorough and comprehensive assessment of my yard's needs as well as a fair quote on what was needed for all my backyard fruit trees, i.e., two types of persimmon trees, a fig, Meyer lemon, mandarin orange, pineapple guava, apricot, pear and fuji apple. Unlike other services, on the day of work Parker personally came out with another arborist and another gentleman well versed on plants and trees, came on time, did the work as promised and cleaned up as if they were never there. What a gem of a find. read more

Tree MD was super professional and informative, and I truly think he saved our trees and extended their longevity further into the future. We were at a loss as to how to maintain our trees, and had been led astray in the past, but he really set us on the right path, and we are all the better for it. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing an answer on how to best maintain their plants. read more

Super happy with my recent tree trimming! I have (2) Arbutus and (1) Jacaranda tree that needed trimming and treatment;Tree MD took care of both. Parker was very professional, provided great service, and my trees look amazing! Highly Recommend; I will be scheduling again next year! Thank you Tree MD! read more

Great customer service! I called to get a quote on trimming our trees and overall health and received a call back the next hour. We've had our trees trimmed by gardeners and other tree trimming companies before and they've done terrible jobs. This time we wanted an expert who truly cares about trees and loves them as much as we do. Parker is a master botanist! He's incredibly intelligent, personable, and professional. He did a very thorough walk through with my husband and I and discussed every tree and shrub we owned. He gave me tips on watering, soil, plant species, root rot, etc. His crew was very friendly, professional, and careful not to trample over anything when they did the tree trimming. After the trimming, Parker walked our property and went over every little detail, regarding what was done, and the health of each tree. Our yard looks phenomenal now and our trees thriving!!! I highly recommend going with Tree MD. read more

Was referred to Parker by another arborist that did not want to come to Huntington Beach. Parker was more than willing to come and assess the Silver Maple tree in my backyard. He told me the tree could be saved and gave me an estimate for the work that immediately needed to be done. Finally got the answers no other "tree trimmer" could give me. He came today with Issac and they removed all the dead, rotting limbs. The tree looks great and healthier than it did before. Everything was cleaned up as if they had never been here. Having them back in early 2021 to properly trim the tree and help keep it healthy. read more

There is no better tree man around than Parker. He is professional, very knowledgeable, and a real expert at what he does. His work is amazing and his crew have many of the same qualities. It is a real pleasure to do business with such a company. Don't call anyone else. read more

Our Canary Island palm looked sick. It's a great 20+ year old tree and we were lucky enough to find a true expert to make a diagnosis. Parker showed up on time and, fortunately for us, was able to see that the palm only needed some trimming and fertilizer and was in fact healthy. As the appointment was for an hour of verbal consultation, my wife and I walked him around our yard to ask questions on some other trees and a plant or two. He took the time to answer each in detail. His passion for trees shines through in every comment he makes. For any tree issues you might have, most especially with palm trees, you need to give Parker a call! read more

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Tree MD and Parker Keil. After having a bad experience with a tree trimmer who didn't know enough about citrus trees, I found the Tree MD website. Parker came out and explained what our particular orange tree needed, suggested a type of plant food and when to add it. He and a colleague came out and expertly trimmed our tree. It looks great and I am hopeful that we will have a much healthier tree because of him. He is the only person I would have back to take care of a citrus tree. I also want to complement Chelsea, the contact at Tree MD, who was so wonderful assisting me in our phone calls. Parker is truly an expert in taking care of citrus trees. read more

Parker, promptly returned my call the next day after I left a voice message. We set up a convenient time for him to come out and give an estimate for pruning my very neglected orange and grapefruit trees. We scheduled time for work and he and his assistant arrived as scheduled. I could not be happier with the results or his professionalism. I would recommend his company to anyone who deeply cares about their trees. read more

Parker did a wonderful job for me. It is very evident that he truly cares about the health and appearance of trees. He took particular care of my prized Olive Tree to help it survive a bacterial disease called Olive Knot. He removed all diseased branches. The tree looks amazing! Thank you Parker and crew! Did I mention how clean they left the property? No mess! read more

This is a wonderful resource to determine what is wrong with your tree and the best way to solve it. Parker is a walking encyclopedia on tree diseases and the appropriate methods to attempt to correct them. I was visiting my mom who has several large trees on her property in Garden Grove/Anaheim. We noticed several spots on the tree that had been identified as potential Shot Hole Borer. Parker confirmed the diagnosis and was able to inject the trees with a pesticide that should protect the tree for 3 years. Parker is wonderful to deal with. Knowledgeable, responsive and just downright smart. It's like having a science professor look at your trees, educate you on the range of solutions and get the job done. I think you will be very happy with this work. As a disclaimer, I have no financial interest in his work nor know him personally. But it would be a kick to listen to him for a long, long time. read more
