Anyway, when Tom retired, I was assigned a new Arborist with less experience. This was okay, since I generally knew what I needed, but the new guy said on a couple of occasions that he would send me information and then he didn't. This year, I haven't yet gotten a quote for seasonal care, which has to include timely, weather-dependent spraying, and I'd like to have some quotes for other work, as well.
