The man in the cherry picker maneuvered that thing between branches and around power lines, as he moved along the trunk. The job was delayed, communication was poor throughout, and my property was damaged. The crew also left the work in an unacceptable condition as a completed job before I had to request them to correct the horrible planting (see photo). What professional company would leave a job like this? What's most frustrating is that I simply requested a $250 refund (about 20% of the total cost) to cover the damage. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was put through an unnecessarily difficult process. I ultimately paid the full invoice just to move on. This company used to provide reliable, high-quality service, which is why I stayed with them for so long. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. I intentionally mentioned if the trees close to the house will be cut down to half and he said yes. He called me a liar. He used abusive language fuck, threats in order for me to back down. I have to add up another $200 for the cut down where he said I should shove it up to my ass. I ended up paid in total of $2700. Beware that he might seems nice all upfront but he is very rude and ungentleman. He even said he knew this would happened like I am the one trapped him to get the job done for me and had him curse me. The proposal said trim ,i used the word cut during the discussion with him and i thought he used interchanably, in that case his price is not the cheaper. He did not professionally handle situation rather he's using the vulgar language to scare you off. I do not deserved all these swear words ! His workers done the job very quickly though.
