I told them I was traveling this weekend and can't pay bills after 6pm on a Friday while our of town without any pictures of proof that work Is completed. 3. My objection was to not being able to use a secured website and being forced to provide a credit card number to someone who is very hostile on the phone. 4. They demanded immediate payment with 3.5% debit card fee which doesn't leave me an option to pay by a check even though their invoice states 5 day grace period. Original review: The office staff was rude and unprofessional. The lady called me while I was out of town and immediately started arguing with me, demanding I pay them right away without any proof that the work was even done. They run everything like it's still 2005 -- they can't even send a simple link to pay with a credit card. They also charge a 3.5% fee for using a credit card, but that fee doesn't even show up on the receipt. Pretty scammy if you ask me.
