The techs are also professional - they come to the door when they are there for treatments and leave a door hanger, so I know the work was done. Anyway, when Tom retired, I was assigned a new Arborist with less experience. This was okay, since I generally knew what I needed, but the new guy said on a couple of occasions that he would send me information and then he didn't. This year, I haven't yet gotten a quote for seasonal care, which has to include timely, weather-dependent spraying, and I'd like to have some quotes for other work, as well. With all the acquisitions, it feels like Bartlett has forgotten about their existing customers. Maybe this is the time to evaluate other arborists?
