Roger, I was contacted by your company after my post , and informed a refund would be issued if I was dissatisfied with your lawn services. Clearly I am . I'm still awaiting my refund which your team never processed. The funny thing is that you clearly feel that there was no wrong on your part. I'm left to blame for chemicals WEISS used on my lawn that caused damages. what is even more disturbing is you are going to dictate to me how my lawn apparently transformed from anything BUT what your company did didn't or neglected to do . I think I'm pretty well informed on my lawn, the watering and care given to my lawn and the overall root causes of said lawn. Definitely not excuses for poor upkeep on your part. Refund the money you collected and let's call it a day. I'll be sure to provide updates on whether you live up to giving me my money back rather than make excuses to save face online with other prospective customers. read more

We have had Weiss for 3 or 4 years. I love that they email the day before they are coming for a treatment so you can cancel if necessary. So many times with the last service they would show up the day before we were having a lawn party. We use the organic lawn service and our lawn looks so much better than it did with our prior service. It's a little more expensive but worth it. read more

I signed up for Weiss a couple years ago. I thought I was signing up for one year and then would decide if I wanted to renew. Full disclosure I did change my email and they were emailing an old email address that was full (couldn't receive more emails). I didn't think I was receiving contact from Weiss because I assumed my year contract had expired. Now if you were a company and emails are being rebounded to you, you think you would make attempts to get in contact either through a phone call or by leaving a post it on the door or through the mail. No to all three. To build on not leaving contact. I never got a post it on the door saying "Jeff was here today, we did xxxx and xxxx to your lawn today". Plus I had weeds sprouting up everywhere. I thought Weiss was a company that evaluates your lawn and goes over it with you to tackle problems you want taken care of It seems like they just kinda come every so often and sprinkle stuff on your lawn at various points in the year. I happen to look at my credit card last week and noticed I was still being charged 46 dollars a month. Yikes. read more

Derick did an awesome job And was a pleasure to speak to ! He was very polite, professional and got the job done.

I signed up with Weiss this past year and have been very impressed with the treatments so far. Estevan helped me get signed up, and their team has been very responsive to my lawn care needs. These guys really know their stuff! I'm looking forward to possibly adding some extra services like mosquito control. Keep up the great work! P.S. I just need to water more so I can only imagine how much better my lawn would look with a little extra care. Very happy! read more

Wanted to say thank you for a job well done. This is the first time I've gone forward with a Lawn Care service and I am very pleased. Employee Jose L. treated the lawn and to my surprise went above and beyond my expectations. He inspected the lawn, answered questions, took his time to do it right, threw seeds down where needed in thin and bare areas, and added top soil to low spots and depressions. Very Happy !Great Job! This is my 4th year using Weiss and they never disappoint. Rick was just here this morning and did a great job and answered all my questions! My neighbor was so impressed with my emerald green lawn that now she uses Weiss, too -- year 2 for her! I especially love that Weiss has been able to ELIMINATE THAT DREADED CREEPING CHARLIE! Hate that stuff! And it's GONE! Two thumbs up for Weiss! Thanks, Rick! read more

I reached out to Weiss Lawn Care after receiving their marketing material in the mail. Lots of compelling offers and messaging that seemed to suit our current needs. I received a call back apologizing that Weiss "doesn't service our area", even though they service a neighboring town less than 1 mile from my home. They suggested I can call back next year. What a shame to spend money on direct mail (clearly soliciting for new customers) only to tell a qualified prospect "we're not interested in your business". I suppose business must be booming for the Weiss family since they summarily dismissed an opportunity to gain a new customer. Congratulations! If you receive a direct mail flyer from Weiss Lawn Care, don't get your hopes up. There's nothing quite like the experience of responding to an advertisement only to be told "no thanks, we're not interested in your business". read more
