He and his team were efficient and thorough. Took two days to chop down three trees (1 dead, 2 live) with grinding. They even cleaned up and mowed my lawn and cleaned up all the leaves as well as cleaning up all the driveways. We had some large trees and there was debris across three driveways including our neighbors. They did cut an underground hose I was completely unaware of while grinding one of the tree stumps, but Arturo came by a week later and fixed it. They are responsible and have insurance in case any of the workers get injured. With the grinding of the stump and roots, you can't tell there was even a tree there. Keep in mind that they grind the roots about foot deep, so we had to contact the city to mark any gas pipes or electricity lines which wasn't hard to do (city sent someone promptly in a few days)

When I called and said I needed an inspection quickly, they were extremely understanding and cooperative; I was able to make an appointment for the very next day. During the inspection itself, Scott awed me with his knowledge and his ability to relay it to a layperson like me. He was knowledgeable not only about trees, but also about tree laws and regulations. He's funny and folksy, but underneath that, he's also smart and incisive -- like the stereotypical "simple country lawyer," except he's a "simple country certified arborist."
