We got an estimate from them, and they were, by far, the most reasonably priced. We talked with Chaz, who understood my concern for the well-being and longevity of my "Mom's tree"...a gift to me from my sons. Chaz, Swayze and the red-haired arborist (I am so sorry, I forgot his name) didn't scoff at me or try to milk my bank account because of my sentimentality. These folks did an AMAZING job of carefully trimming down our apple tree, bringing it "up", cleaning up the suckers, AND, also trimming up some of our silver maple tree, including taking off a broken branch. These folks also cleaned up my entire yard: branches, sticks, twigs, and fallen apples. A FABULOUS crew, sooooo professional and trustworthy! The developer DR Horton said it would be fine with one post and a stake but the stake soon broke. I hammered the post in best I could but it didn't fix the problem. Axel used materials I had on hand because he was just here to quote. He even moved the ties to the trunk and not the branches like it was originally done. He was incredibly reasonable, prompt, honest, professional and friendly.

It took a couple visits to confirm how long it'd take to cut down. The team was professional and the tree was cut down within time frame I was told. It was the best price but I was in touch with Joshua throughout. Also helped woth cutting down a much smaller tree, comparatively, at no extra cost, they included it in the quote/plan. Cost matters as does quality, and i dont regret having them cut down the tree.

The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and showed great care for both safety and detail. I was home the entire time and watched quite a bit of the progress through the windows (not out of worry, but because it was fascinating to watch them work). One of our trees was within five feet of the house, with large limbs hanging directly over the roof, and they were incredibly careful--there was never a moment when our house felt at risk during its removal. The cleanup afterward was excellent, and when my husband and I asked if two trees (a crabapple and a pear) could be shaped and lowered just a bit more, the crew responded with friendly smiles and handled it immediately--no hesitation or attitude.
