I have used them several times and have always been satisfied until the last two times.. Made appointments to have Mark come out and do some pining of my rose bushes. Mark never showed up. On one occasion, I understood he might not be able to make it as I requested the appt a bit late but he would try to get here. No problem. I then made an appointment about 6 months in advance to make sure I was on the books. Well, the daycame and went with no one showing up. No phone call or any type of communication to say he wasn't coming. Wasted day waiting! I wrote an email to them saying how disappointed I was and never even received a reply. I cannot say enough good things about Mark and Nevada Roots. We wanted to remove a number of very established plants/ trees and have the root balls ground. In addition we had a number of trees that needed some pruning work. First, I could not believe how quickly Mark did all of the work. He works by himself, but I seriously doubt 3 other workers could have worked more quickly. And then when he was done, other than the missing plants, the areas he worked were left so clean it was like the plants were never there. And his cost for this work is very fair. Very easy to get in contact with. I sent them a message through their website on a Saturday morning and 2 days later Jenelle contacted me to schedule a quote. Mark came out 2 days later to look at the trees we wanted trimmed and sent us a quote that night. I wasn't sure how much it would cost so I was very surprised when I received a very affordable quote. I let Mark know that night that we would like to schedule and they got us on it about 10 days later. Mark showed up this morning and got our greens trimmed and everything cleaned up in less than 2 hours. Just had Mark, biz owner of NV Roots, out to prune / trim two dwarf pines that aren't so dwarf now. I was impressed with his work ethic, the work itself and his knowledge about tree health.
